Ordered a folding treadmill. Stated it had left wuhan in china and got to hong kong....not heard anything since!!?? that was in march
I disputed with my credit card company who gave me a temporary credit. Bumblete did refund my transactions and sent correspondence stating such.
I've been made whole.
Ordered folding treadmill not received been 40 days the app actually showed all the places it was supposed to have been even went as far as saying delivered. Called bank for refund.
I ordered a folding treadmill and it is on the way. It took about 16 days for tracking information to show up but it is on the way. I accidentally made the purchase without the free gift, sent an email and they canceled the order that didn't have the free gift but I was able to go in and reorder with the free gift. Hoping it is here by next week. I will update if I can get back to this page once it arrives.

Update: May 9, 2023
I sent a message that I hadn't received anything. Ironically, the tracking information updated that day. However, no package was received. I called my local post office who confirmed that no packages were delivered to the address in my name for the past 2 months. I sent them the tracking information and they said that their post office did not deliver mail and the tracking information is bogus. I immediately reached out to my credit card company. I have the evidence I need to get my money back. They are using a bogus tracking system. Request your money back from your credit card company or issuing bank.
I've not received my folding treadmill either and they don't reply to emails and it's appears stuck im what most probably is a fake tracking system
