These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. Order 2 items, both items do not look as described, very cheap fabric and even close to correct. Exchanged several emails with customer service & was told they never accept returns because warehouse in Dubai so too costly. They first offered me a $7 credit (on $90 purchase), then $14 and finally up to $40. I disputed charges with credit card company who said the company said the product sent was as described so credit card company charged me. I will continue to dispute with credit card company. Plan to not be able to return items and very small percentage
Absolute SCAM!!! Products are horrible quality. Their return process is laughable. Paid $54 for a dress of horrible quality and their solution....offer a $7 refund. I protested and their offer was a $15 refund. I want my money back and they won't respond.. DO NOT ORDER!!!!
Total scam company. Inferior products and not worthy anything. Products not anything like shown on website. Do not order from this company ever.
Agree with everything said. Some of the stuff I've gotten is pretty cute. The rest is crap that I'm stuck with. There's no way to return. So your best bet is not to order. But its a fun midnight shopping site. Just don't actually pay for your shopping cart. And if you do, buy everything a size up.
Do not buy from this company. If you do and have a return have no expectations about getting an email response to process your return. Buyer beware. Listen to what we are telling you.
Product is very poor quality and not what is advertised. They say the garments are made in the USA, but they are telling me it isn't worth my returning the unsatisfactory garment because their return location is Dubai!!! The photo on the site and the dress I got are totally two different things, so they are misrepresenting their products and using photos of other similar products on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A RIP OFF!! They will not refund your money!! I am going to continue to bash them everywhere I can until they return my money!!
I so agree, worse experience ever. Still going back and forth for a refund. They are trying to deal with me, like how about $15.00, then $28.00, last one was $32.00. I should take what I can get. Never again!!

This site is a complete scam..the 2 items I ordered look like a piece of cheap cloth. When I emailed 5 times to get a return authorization, I was offered $12 then $25 for the 2 items. I am on my 8th email to them and I replied, no, I want my full amount of $80! I will never order from these sites again!

I ordered a dress from Browwin. The link I was given to track my purchase does not work.
Yes, I was lax in my quick order, that was confirmed, but incorrect. I ordered two different dresses, got a 5.00 off coupon, and free delivery. Supposedly. My order ended up as two of the same dresses, 14.99 delivery and 4.00 off. I immediately cancelled the order as incorrect, but have not heard back from them. I am going to call my credit card company to cancel payment.
