Bravetide complaints Bravetide fake or real Bravetide legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Bravetide .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as MEN'S WEAR, WOMEN'S WEAR, SHOES, ACCESSORIES, PLUS SIZE, SWIMWEAR, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Bravetide / Ecoislet is listed as one of the problematic sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address of this online store is given on its Terms and Conditions page as Kristal F.I. Societa’a Responsabilita’ Limitata Semplificata: Registration number: MI-2595919: Milano (MI) Via Tonale 12 CAP 20125. This parent company name and address is provided in a image format rather than directly writing on its website, which is mostly done by scam sites so that no one can find their site by searching this company name and address on Google. On top of that, this company name and address is also found to be provided by multiple problematic sites such as Lobsca, Fernanc, Largenice, Severier, Lornaso, Youraugety, Boutiquesys, Cdosse, CarrierLove, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Kristal F.I. Societa’a Responsabilita’ Limitata Semplificata: Registration number: MI-2595919: Milano (MI) Via Tonale 12 CAP 20125, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Bravetide .com and website name i.e. Ecoislet are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Likewise it has mentioned the different domain name rather than its own on its Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. Comfortkapok but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for any return. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

On the basis of all the above stated facts, it can be concluded that Bravetide / Ecoislet is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Ordered a $75 faux fur hoodie 1 year ago. Never received the item, after 5 emails ensuring me that the delays would eventually clear and that I would be receiving my item. They even re assured me that if I dont receive my item, then they will provide a solution. I don't see any information about them online so we can't even take them to small claims court. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why I don't trust sites other than Amazon and the other major retailers.

I ordered shoes in March 2022, but I have not received anything. I sent 2 mails asking to return my money. Nothing worked. Today I tried to send another reminder, but the e-mail-address is no longer excisting. This really looks like fraud...

They are definitely scammers, I made the mistake of buying something when they were advertising on Facebook. Of course the goods never arrived. They did reply to my emails, making loads of excuses why they hadn’t sent the goods. I asked for a refund, of course I never got it. Avoid this company at all costs, they use the name Bravetide and Ecosilet, don’t buy anything.
