Binnvy.com is a scam due to the following reasons:-

# The trust seal logos of McAfee and Norton that Binnvy has provided on its product's detail page is not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which will send us to the official website of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. So, it is clear that Binnvy is providing the fake trust seal logos, not the real ones. This is a big warning bell as none of the legit sites will try to trick people by showing them fake trust seal logos.

# Although Binnvy provides the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the credit card information and has tried to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# In the "terms of service" page, Binnvy has stated that they governed by the laws of Hong Kong. However, as per their "Contact Us" page, they are located in Florida. Why any company from the USA will govern the law of Hong Kong? Only because they have copy-pasted the "Terms of Service" from another website which is definitely not a good sign.

# The contact address (3030 N. ROCKY POINT DR., STE 150A TAMPA, FL. US 33607 section 15.16, Florida States) that Binnvy has provided on its website is using by lots of other similar kinds of sites such as IsubellaFechicin and so on. However, legit websites always provide the separate phone number and address, not the one which has been used by lots of suspicious sites.

# In order to check them, you can send them email asking about anything related to their website. But, you will only get automated reply from them which means their customer support is very poor.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. I ordered from them on December 8th, 2018 with hopes of receiving my son’s gifts in time for Christmas but I didn’t so I emailed them on December 28, 2018 and the next day I received shipping and tracking info but here it is January 14th, 2019 and I still haven’t received a single item. It is definitely a SCAM !

    1. Yes, it is a scam. So, it's better you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card before these cybercriminals steal more money from you.

  2. Placed an order for FortNite sweat suit for my son on 11/23/18 (plenty of time to receive by Christmas). It's now December 19th and nothing from them. I did contact their customer service and within 24 hours got a reply saying they estimate another 2 weeks to ship and then 20 business days after it ships to arrive. So awesome. I should receive my son's Xmas gift that I ordered in November....to arrive by February? I am really upset with this company. Facebook should also not advertise scams like this company (that's where I found them). They should be reported. After not hearing from them in 4 weeks, I did some research (which landed me on this page) and the BBB and they have an "F" rating on the BBB. Shame on me for not researching before I bought.

    1. At least now you know. So, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to save your money because these cybercriminals also can charge your credit card further without your consent. In some cases, even bank or credit card company can help you for a refund. Good Luck!

    1. Yes, it's really sad how these scam online stores are scamming people. However, you can contact your bank or credit card company to help you to get a refund. Even if they not able to help you for a refund, at least they can help you to secure your credit card so that cybercriminals won't be able to charge your credit card further.
