These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. They took my money and i never received a thing.
This place is a scam. They would not take a return that didn't fit, when there is no possible way to try the clothing on beforehand. Bought some yoga pants for my wife (a small) in medium size and neither my wife nor my extra small daughter could even get them over a leg. They won't take a return because "we did send the correct size you ordered, so it won't be supported to return or exchange". A complete SCAM. Do not purchase from this place.
This company is the ABSOLUTE worst to deal with getting a return. The product is terrible. The fit of the yoga pants is absolutely horrendous!! Just because they said they sent the right size they said that it doesn't qualify for a return when clearly on their site they would make it right. They don't hold true to their return policy AT ALL!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!
Beinggleefully is a total
Scam. Do not purchase from them. They provide no return information and do not honor their return policy. The quality was terrible and I got stuck with my items and can’t give them as my intended Christmas gifts. Buyers beware! Such a scam and times are from China with directions in Chinese.
Horrible customer service. Items take months to arrive and even when you use the sizing charts, the items don't fit. The seems are not well done and threads stick out in numerous places. They refuse to accept a return or exchange for unused items purchased directly from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered this vest on November 27th. It was just put in the mail on December 19th. It took your company 20 days to ship it out. And it's coming from China and I can't imagine you spent money to have it shipped quickly.
Merchant Order Receipt Notification, USPS Awaiting Item -> We have been notified that an order has been received by the merchant for your item at 6:07 am on December 19, 2020. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and it looks to me that I will not be getting it before Christmas.
I think your company forgot my order. I want my money back, in the manner I paid for it, immediately.
I would have appreciated dealing with a direct person, but this was not the case. Seems there is
no way to return an item. I am so disappointed! Why do I have to join something in order to exchange an item?
