They got neon the raised beds too, ordered 1/25/2023. Shipped to the wrong address, promised replacement. Sent them an email tonight that I’ll be reporting them and Meta/FB to the FTC. Shouldn’t meta have some responsibility for making sure their advertisers are legitimate businesses?

I ordered a two-for-one offer of raised garden beds in late December 2022 from Batonokra online via a Facebook ad. Pd via Paypal. So they have the CC number listed with Paypal. As of this date, 4/7/2023, I have still not received any part of my order. After numerous emails and false tracking information, I am still trying to get my money back.
I have been in touch with their customer service dept online numerous times about this. They have constantly replied with excuses for non delivery, assuring me that they will look into it, or that a new shipment was on its way, and recently have been trying to make a deal to accept a small percentage of the price I actually paid - even though I have received nothing in exchange for the money I handed over to them! They are dishonest - likely as this site say, fraudulent. Have recently filed a formal complaint against them with Paypal. Don't purchase anything from this company. Also, if the price seems like too good a bargain to be real, you are probably right, and should steer clear of those tempting ads. They seem to specialize in Kitty gadgets, kitchen supplies, garden supplies... If you do ever get anything from them, the products are beyond poor in quality.

This may be unrelated, but after this purchase I got several fraudulent purchases from USA locations on my Paypal account, using my card that is listed there. Things like delivery of food from GrubHub, another from a Chinese restaurant - all in towns where I do not live. Paypal traced all that down, thankfully, and credited my account.

BE CAUTIOUS FOLKS! I have decided not to order things from Facebook ads unless I've had successful prior deliveries (Buykud and Zullily, e.g., are reliable clothing stores online) But these other "stores..." Yikes. All of these sales originated in China, and the companies all seem to have false names, because when you communicate with them at all, the emails for "customer service" come from an entirely different source.

I also think Facebook needs to do better consumer protection effort to police the "companies" who are doing business with them online. Most recent ads I have seen lately seem bogus, based on prior experience.

I ordered a fold up treadmill from Batonokra for $39 plus $10 shipping and received a scarf. Hindsight should have known it was a scam.

  4. Sister bought 3 of the game tables. Says coming in and then need more money. She gave credit card info and of course, no tables. Scammers bought a lot of stuff before credit card company noticed fraudulent use and contacted her. Lesson learned.

  5. SCA M!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

  6. I ordered the game system and twice and they have\ said it was delivered and it wasn't. SCAM FORE SURE!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a 32 inch game table back in December and they sent me a piece of fabric for $46 and ive sent them multiple emails and wanted me to send it back for a 45 percent of my $ plus shipping this is some BS

Scam, ordered raised garden bed, got earmuffs, took to my bank, they got my money back,

  11. I ordered a garden planter box and received fleece hat and neck buff. I am glad that I have cancelled that credit card and used a very seldom old email address. Was a fleeting chance it was legit and call it lesson- learned.

Ordered the game table in December and just got my ear muffs they are telling me I have to return the earmuffs on my own dollar in order to get money back or they would. Give me 45% back. How are they allowed to do this? And Facebook shouldn’t have these scam companies on their platform

    1. Reading the comments here made me realize that the beanie & the pouch which had no bottom must have come from this scammer. I ordered the planter that they advertised & it has not arrived after almost 3 weeks. Evildoers & deceivers will get their Karma. How do we get in touch with them?. FB should have background checks on their advertisers otherwise they will proliferate the internet. The scammer registered the name as Batonokra!

  13. I bought a game table back in December and today got an email saying go pick it up. Went to pick it up and it was a screwdriver worth 5.00$. And I paid over 50 for the table. Website really is a scam.

    1. Funny you say this because I ordered that infinity game table on January 8th and paid 10 bucks for shipping along with the 40 dollars that the game table costs. I kept checking the shipping status but it wasn’t updating. Finally one day (January 30th) it showed as delivered. When I checked behind my door… it was ear muffs. Sent them an email telling them what happened and they told me to ship it back to them and that I’m responsible for the shipping expenses. Once they receive the item they would ship the game table to me. YEAH OK!

I ordered 2 of the game tables for my grandchildren Christmas on December 18th, to this day I have not received them ans randomly I received an email stating they were delivered... in fact they were not delivered! I've emailed multiple times with no results! I'm usually pretty good about checking sites to see if they are fake or not but this time I did not! The sad thing is I am on a fixed income so therefore my grandchildren didn't get any gift from me this year!

  16. I ordered the game table on January e, 2023 and tracking said it was delivered on January 26, 2023. My ring camera shows no deliveries the whole month of January. I put in a fraud with my bank plus they did not respond to my emails. I usually look up reviews and I don't know this one time, I didnt.

  17. I ordered a planter but received a Ratchet Screwdriver . Customer service is nonexistent

  18. They are such a scam. The number, email and everything about this site is fake. You can't reach anyone at this company. When you contact them to cancel the order, they say it is cancelled and refund will be issued. But that never happens. Stay away from the site. I can't believe I fell for this scam.

Never received 2 music boxes and digital board game. 150.00 in all. Unable to contact company. What a scam.

  20. Ordered a small welding machine and it never showed i ordered it back in Sep2022.

  21. Just recently ordered the game table a couple days ago so I'll wait to see in the next couple weeks. After that I will be reporting it to my bank.

    1. Avatar

Scam. Similar table sells for $899 on Amazon, lol. Even a small 8in tablet isn't that cheap.

    2. You won’t get it… but you might get a pair of earmuffs, some cheap dollar-store toothbrushes, or a cheap beanie hat. (This time, I got the earmuffs when I ordered the game table. Last time I got another pair of same earmuffs when I ordered human sized dog bed. Before that, a beanie hat when I ordered a craft supply cabinet/desk). Never again. Contact your credit card and file a dispute like I did.

      1. Exactly, I received ear muffs I took a picture off them and emailed them and of course they are not responding. I am starting to realize that anything you see online that has a little fire symbol next to it is either a scam or it takes a very long time to get it

    3. I ordered two game tables through Facebook sight they shouldn’t be allowed to scam people on there.

That's exactly what I said like fb shouldn't allow ppl or companies false advertise on their site SMH cause I ordered from fb to

  22. I ordered a 32 game table from this site and have not received it and probably never will. They claim to be selling this product for $40.00 when the actual price of it is $899,99. Do not fall for this. They also are changing their names on several sites offering the same BS. I did report them to my bank and I am getting a full refund. Ironically they keep sending email's saying the product is on its way. BS

I order the samething for my kids and haven’t received it yet I’m reporting it to my bank today to get my full refund back didn’t look at it as a scam and yeah I couldn’t even get in contact with them the number on the site I don’t know but when I called they was saying I didn’t get anything from them cuz they are not a company that sales things I said how is that and I brought it from your company and you got the same name that I brought it from like really though no problem I just hung up and I’m calling the bank as we speak and yes the real price for the table I brought was 899.99 nowhere near 49.99 plus 2.00 so they way off!!!

I did same but with different site, I guess. Everything on site was 79.99 or 59.99 and I should have known a treadmill wouldnt have cost so little. Unfortuanatly MY bank would not refund even tho I had emails from the site saying they have already sent me the order. OR that they would give me a refund and its been almost a year. Everytime I write them, it is always the same. I did receive an order originally but it was a pot holder and on the sticker it said $20 for that... I will never get my $85 back..
