We have categorized Baseus Wholesale as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is mentioned as 3rd 4th Floors 315 Madison Avenue New York 10165. There is no business with the name BaseusWholesale that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, another business named "Jay Suites Madison Avenue" is mentioned over there which is office space rental agency. There is also Alliance virtual office service provider at this address which rents address only to register a company but not to put any company or office there physically. So, we don't think this address is its real physical location. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted prices that seems too good to get from any legit sites.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which has mentioned that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning thge Goods. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above stated facts, it can be said that BaseusWholesale is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Ordered a couple of items Nov 8.. today is the 26th.. no delivery yet ! After reading this, sounds like the company doesn’t exist . I’m not sure why this , seems to be, fake company is get away with stealing and theft of such large sums of money . Sounds like we all need to forward their info to government authorities for investigation. Very sad!

  2. Spent $19.92 on Climbing Santa for my daughter, received a tracking number. Followed the Chinapost track for 18 days with the tracking number that was provided. It claimed it was delivered. I felt like an idiot when I didn’t see the package.

  3. They’re called boutiquelyfe now everything is the same as baseus wholesale

  4. Bogus. No confirmation email so I screenshotted my confirmation page just in case. Charged via PayPal by a Chinese no name company. Now we have to dispute the charge. Shame on me. I knew it was too good to be true.

    1. it's terrible that happened to you, I was just about to order a kitchenaid mixer. they will not get a dollar from me. Glad you put that out there. take care.

    2. Same situation for me! It’s sad.

    3. Ordered 2 of the Magic Mixie Cauldrons for my granddaughters Christmas gifts. Of course they never arrived. Luckily, they had used Pay Pal to process my payment. They had run them through Pay Pal using the guest option, so the transactions never showed in my actual Pay Pal account. I called Pay Pal customer service and asked to speak with an agent (live customer service). When I gave the agent the transaction number he was able to pull it up and discovered they had given me a fraudulent tracking number. He determined it was a scam and gave me a full refund!

I ordered something from them and never received it. It also was ‘sent’ from China not the US where their address states they are located. Def a fraud website.

    1. I agree. I ordered something since November 5th, and got charged through Paypal from a Chinese Company (讷河市钱春化妆品销售有限公司) I emailed them on the 15th since the shipping status was still on pending. No response till this day…

I ordered Pokemon cards a month ago. I can't get any replies. And these are coming from china! My husband warned me that the address in New York sounded bogus since there are no warehouses on that street in New York. Today when I go to the website I'm getting a notice that says the shop is closed! I got charged through paypal.
