AtoleaJewelry complaints. AtoleaJewelry fake or real? AtoleaJewelry legit or fraud?

What is AtoleaJewelry.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different jewelry items like rings, necklaces, earrings, anklets, bracelets and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Atolea Jewelry as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address And Other Information:

The company’s address is missing on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. It hasn't provided the Terms and Conditions page. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Security of the Website:

It has provided the fake but clickable trust seal logo of Norton at Checkout page which send to home page when we click on it. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering heavy discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to its confusing provisions.

Copied Content:

Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that AtoleaJewelry is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

What a load of rubbish…. Incredibly misleading, think you are buying from an ethical, local company, next minute when you track your order as it is taking forever to arrive, oh look at that it’s coming from china????? I’m furious and don’t even care if the jewellery is nice. To make out that you are all eco friendly and ethical and to clearly not be is disgusting.

  3. Agree with others, the ring I got was very low quality and also "easy return" on their website is false advertising as the return address is in the France and return is not free so you are at loss immediately. Overall avoid, not worth it.

IT IS A BIG SCAM. I HAVE NEVER RECIVED MY PRODUCT, BUT THEY DISPLAYED IT AS "DELIVERED". E-MAIL ADRESS su*****@***********ry.com LEFT AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS FAKE, AND WHEN I SEND E-MAIL IT WAS BLOCKED. THEY DONT HAVE "REVIEW" ON FACEBOOK PAGE OR ANY COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS. I WENT TO THE BANK AND BLOCK MY CREDIT CARD SO LUCKILY THEY DIDNT STOLE MORE MANY THAN I PAYED FOR PRODUCTS ( 70E) 🙁

You claim to support ocean conservation, and you also claim eco-friendly shipping.

Yet an excessive amount of plastic has been used in my order.

I do not feel comfortable with my order, as I wanted to support ocean conservation, yet I know feel like I have made the problem worse by ordering something covered in plastic.

All pieces of jewellery were wrapped in plastic, why not paper?
One piece of jewellery was actually wrapped in TWO pieces of plastic!
The stickers are unnecessary, and made of plastic, adding to the plastic waste problem.
The jewellery was obviously made and shipped from China. Also, not ethical. I thought I was supporting an Australian made and designed company.

I would like to return my order. You claim 100% returns, I hope this is at lest true. Please advise on how I can return my order.

I am so disappointed, as I love the designs and the jewellery, and I love the idea you stand for. Yet, it is so hypocritical and wrong to claim ocean conservation when you are part of the problem.

  7. I don't know why people say it's a scam.
    It's not!!

I ordered a necklace (the Ornos layered one), a ring (Santorini cross) and the Summer Night earrings.
Yes, I had to wait almost 3 weeks until the package arrived from China to Europe, but the quality is good. It's 925 Silver, it was nicely packed in a little bag... and it had some stickers included. You also get a discount voucher for the next order.

All the negative comments made me be afraid that I made a huge mistake and that I spent my money on something useless.
But I'm really happy that I ordered from them and I will buy again.

    Love, peace and happiness! 🙂

I just received my order and I am totally disappointed! It is not good quality at all! I bought it for a gift for my daughter and I would be ashamed to give it to her. Big price for cheap materials

I can confirm that it is a scam. Unfortunately I found this article after I wasted my money buying in atolea.
I received the products but I'mvery disappointed with my purchase. I feel ripped off. They sell junk jewelry at the price of supposedly gold-plated steel. I was totally fooled. The jewelry is very poor quality.
