What is AtoleaJewelry.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different jewelry items like rings, necklaces, earrings, anklets, bracelets and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Atolea Jewelry as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address And Other Information:

The company’s address is missing on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. It hasn't provided the Terms and Conditions page. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Security of the Website:

It has provided the fake but clickable trust seal logo of Norton at Checkout page which send to home page when we click on it. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering heavy discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to its confusing provisions.

Copied Content:

Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that AtoleaJewelry is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I ordered and received my order within a week, super cute packaging btw. After wearing my ring almost everyday for almost a year, it's still golden so super happy with this brand

  2. It's a scam! Go on Aliexpress and search for Ocean products, you'll find them. No customer service, shipment within 1 or 2 months, guys don't waste your time and money

    1. So I posted on trustpilot because they literally gave me no choice. Please see below:

      Hello,
So I got scammed big time.
I ordered from this site called ATOLEA which promises tarnish free and water free jewelry and it’s supposed to be all “eco friendly and ethical”. Turns out it ships from China, and the same exact stuff I was able to find on a wholesale site called Nihaojewelry for a dollar. So what they sold me for $48.00 I was able to find it on Nihaojewelry for $2.00. No joke I have the screenshots too.
I actually sent them those screenshots from the Nihaojewelry site and they agreed to do the return for all 6 orders I had placed this year. The total of those orders I paid $436.80.
I sent everything back even the little stickers they gave me.
All items were sent and delivered to the location they gave me in Alma, KS. Which by the way if you want to return you have to pay to ship it to France but I was told to send it to Kansas...okay. These are the tracking numbers: 9200 1901 7554 7730 0251 7329 23 and it says it was delivered on JUNE 30th. Please note that I am writing this on July 24th.
The other package I did not even open. The same day it delivered to me, I sent it straight back. And here is the tracking number for that one: 9500 1155 9243 3184 7035 76. This one shows delivered on July 7th.
Because I heard literally nothing back- not an email or anything saying they received it, I wrote on July 12th asking if they received the two packages. No response. I write AGAIN on July 17 and I was told there was a complaint regarding the way it was packaged. Which is odd because one of the packages I sent it back exactly how it came I did not even open it. The other one? I made sure all their little logo baggies, stickers were sent as well. I made sure I checked every item that I had ever received, and that it was in perfect condition before sending back.
So 5 days ago I wrote the following email:
I packed them in separate mini zip lock bags and included all the Atolea logo bags as well, and the stickers. Did something happen to the package during transit? For the second package which I shipped back, I did not open it as it was just delivered to me from Atolea, so I just sent it back the way it came. Thank you for writing back. I really appreciate the cooperation
      No response.
This time my boyfriend had enough and wrote on my behalf:
Is this being resolved? Have you heard anything back? All items are returned without any damage and packaged very carefully. If I do not receive my refund or a prompt response, I am afraid I will have to dispute the transaction.
      No response.
So I have sent them all the merchandise I mistakenly, regrettably gave them 436.80 for, I have not heard anything back. Reaching them is nearly impossible. I gave them their stuff back, I’d really like my money back it’s been well over a month since I first reached out to them (June 21st).

      -------------------------------------------------------
I was already suspicious before even finding out this is cheap wholesale because they had this gimmick where if you made 4 orders you got some coral reef certification. I still have the emails. I must have sent 6 of them before I got a response back about it. I still have emails where I’m practically sounding like I’m talking to a brick wall.
I had to write the following, what I think was my 6th email to them to finally be responded:
I have kept sending questions about the coral reef adoption certificate and what it is, and I've sent the inquiry 5+ times and no one gets back to me about it. Why? I just wanted to know what that was about. It said about my 4th order something would be adopted in my name or something I don't remember too well. But I have been reaching out almost half a dozen times now and I get all sorts of emails from Atolea about limited time sales, but I never get a response back. Why is that so? Last time I sent an email about this was May 22. Since then, I have gotten 5 emails from Atolea about promotional offers and stuff, but no one responds to me.
      ------------------------------------------------------------
I know I am angry, and I am sure whoever reads this can tell that but I really hope despite my rage I made clear sense of what happened. If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. I wish I never came across their site it’s been an absolute headache trying to just have my money back and maybe spend it on something like made to order jewelry or not spend it at all because I’m so suspicious all the time now.

All in all, I see that they respond to negative reviews in less than 2 days- much faster than personal emails I have sent.

And by the way, Nihaojewelry guys and gals. The same stuff. For like $3.00

I sure hope they don’t come across some influencer with hundreds of thousands of followers. It would be a shame if they were just put on blast like that.

What a load of rubbish…. Incredibly misleading, think you are buying from an ethical, local company, next minute when you track your order as it is taking forever to arrive, oh look at that it’s coming from china????? I’m furious and don’t even care if the jewellery is nice. To make out that you are all eco friendly and ethical and to clearly not be is disgusting.

  5. Agree with others, the ring I got was very low quality and also "easy return" on their website is false advertising as the return address is in the France and return is not free so you are at loss immediately. Overall avoid, not worth it.

IT IS A BIG SCAM. I HAVE NEVER RECIVED MY PRODUCT, BUT THEY DISPLAYED IT AS "DELIVERED". E-MAIL ADRESS support@atoleajewelry.com LEFT AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS FAKE, AND WHEN I SEND E-MAIL IT WAS BLOCKED. THEY DONT HAVE "REVIEW" ON FACEBOOK PAGE OR ANY COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS. I WENT TO THE BANK AND BLOCK MY CREDIT CARD SO LUCKILY THEY DIDNT STOLE MORE MANY THAN I PAYED FOR PRODUCTS ( 70E) 🙁

You claim to support ocean conservation, and you also claim eco-friendly shipping.

Yet an excessive amount of plastic has been used in my order.

I do not feel comfortable with my order, as I wanted to support ocean conservation, yet I know feel like I have made the problem worse by ordering something covered in plastic.

All pieces of jewellery were wrapped in plastic, why not paper?
One piece of jewellery was actually wrapped in TWO pieces of plastic!
The stickers are unnecessary, and made of plastic, adding to the plastic waste problem.
The jewellery was obviously made and shipped from China. Also, not ethical. I thought I was supporting an Australian made and designed company.

I would like to return my order. You claim 100% returns, I hope this is at lest true. Please advise on how I can return my order.

I am so disappointed, as I love the designs and the jewellery, and I love the idea you stand for. Yet, it is so hypocritical and wrong to claim ocean conservation when you are part of the problem.

  9. I don't know why people say it's a scam.
    It's not!!

I ordered a necklace (the Ornos layered one), a ring (Santorini cross) and the Summer Night earrings.
Yes, I had to wait almost 3 weeks until the package arrived from China to Europe, but the quality is good. It's 925 Silver, it was nicely packed in a little bag... and it had some stickers included. You also get a discount voucher for the next order.

All the negative comments made me be afraid that I made a huge mistake and that I spent my money on something useless.
But I'm really happy that I ordered from them and I will buy again.

    Love, peace and happiness! 🙂

I just received my order and I am totally disappointed! It is not good quality at all! I bought it for a gift for my daughter and I would be ashamed to give it to her. Big price for cheap materials

I can confirm that it is a scam. Unfortunately I found this article after I wasted my money buying in atolea.
I received the products but I'mvery disappointed with my purchase. I feel ripped off. They sell junk jewelry at the price of supposedly gold-plated steel. I was totally fooled. The jewelry is very poor quality.
