I also was scammed by that company and I don't understand how they still are able to sell products to clients in the US. They advertised "buy 2 and get the third planter free". I paid for two planters expecting 3 but they only sent one and it was not even complete. Many pieces were missing and broken. I did contact my credit card company because, like many credit card companies, they will investigate potential fraud and credit you for the purchase if this is the case. If enough credit card customers do the same, it is possible that they will not be able to sell to customers using credit cards. I hope this happens as the seller's customer service people were the most unhelpful and arrogant, basically accusing me that I was the one not understanding their ad indicating that the promotion showing the third item free was "for display only". There are also many complaints against that company in the Better Business Bureau website. This helps potential buyers (I should have checked) but will not affect the company's ability to do business in the US. Only inability to pay with credit card could help them improve or shut them down.
Ordered same planters got 2 containers and base all different colors for 44 dollars . was supposed to be 2 towers and wheel base they totally scammed took over 2 months to get the crap I got and half the size still waiting on the rest???? No refund

Agreed. Total scam. Clearly advertises a set of 6 Planters (I have screen shots) per order. I ordered 2 sets in white. Should have received 2 white bases on wheels and 12 white trays. But I only received 1 blue base no wheels and 2 beige trays. Advertised buy 2 get one, but the option to select buy 2 get 1 charges for 3 sets. Advertised free shipping over 39.98 but was still charged Shipping. Advertised 5-7 business days to arrive but took more than a month and a half. Contacted company from my email order but they won't do anything. Tried the email listed on the site, the email doesn't work. Do not purchase here!!
SCAMMERS……One plastic piece planter for $19.99. Misrepresenting the product. Picture shows full planter set up. I misunderstood ad per company. Offering 10% refund. What a joke. I told them to shove it. This company sucks so please don’t fall for it at just a glance. The one piece is a piece of junk. Lessons learned every day.
My order came after two months in a flimsy plastic bag which was ripped and the plastic planter bent and broken. The provided base was a different color. Also false advertising. They are offering 10% refund. Tomorrow I will go after them with my credit card company. Someone should stop this company from scamming any more people.
I agree. I think that the only way they will either improve or go under is for people to contact their credit card company. If credit card companies refuse to pay for items from that company that could make them pay attention. Right now, their customer service is a joke. 10% refund for an unusable product? Who are they kidding?

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
Same here...I ordered 2 of what I thought was the plant tower, but received only 2 layers and a yellow base. The planters were bent and did not fit together. They offered me a 10% discount on a future order(like I would order from them again). Can anyone tell them how to know if a website is from China, please?

Shelveedshop is such a scam. I ordered buy 2 get 3 plant TOWERS on wheels (planters for my deck). $50.00 us funds. I got 2 plastic trays I could have bought for $1.99 at the buck or two store here. Ordered these in January, and it came today....June 11 I tried to attach a photo here as to what I ordered compared to what I got, but it won't copy. Such a disappointment - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
Six weeks ago I ordered the stacking planter system. Today a torn up bag appeared on my porch. Inside was 1 of the 10 stacking pot systems that I had paid over $125.00 for on this sites "Buy 6 get 4 Free" offer. The bottom is light blue and the rest of the planters are the red brick that I had requested. One of the planters is cracked and broken as there was on packing and contents only in a plastic bag! The UPS shows all items were delivered! Where are my other 9 planters????
Paid £22 for what was pictured as a stack of plastic pots suitable for growing herbs or strawberries. It was for a birthday present so was ordered about three weeks on advance. I kept enquiring about delivery date and received explanation about the difficulty in shipping in these times but assured it would arrive. It did after about six weeks. O got three pieces of plastic. I had asked for red. I got a blue base ,one red pot and a small circular disc of black plastic. These items were from China, no return address. I have sent a photo and asked for money to be returned. Do not use this company.

Why do we always look for these problems after we have ordered. My order was placed on 23 April and I was lied to on three occasions concerning the shipping date. It finally appeared on the tracking site on 24 May so I have no idea when if ever I will eventually receive it.

I ordered 3 planters from Shelveed. Part of the order finally arrived after 4 weeks! The package had opened. One base and one planter was damaged. No sign of the other three planters.vwhen I contacted the company, they said they they had delivered the item, despite the fact that the base was a different colour to the planters. The offer showed the base to have wheels and a centre pole bit they tell me know that only three demonstration model has wheels! Utter scam... They have offered 10% refund.
I should have done more research on this company before I ordered the stacking planter pots. The email keeps getting bounced back to me trying to find out where the shipment is and now the hassle of contacting the bank to start a reverse of charges to my card. Definitely a scam.

Same here. I ordered 5. One for myself, 4 others were Mother's Day Gifts. I paid extra for faster shipping. Email told me it's their peak season expect delays. That's BS
The company seems to be running a misleading ad and the website has many typo errors and misleading additions. One item is listed at C$26.99 while 2 with 1 fee (supposedly free) listed for $73.69. Then they proclaim free shipping , yet tack it on afterwards. No phone number or address, so definitely a scam.
