Answerwigs complaints. Answerwigs fake or real? Answerwigs legit or fraud?

What is AnswerWigs.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling contact lenses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Suraging / AnswerWigs is suspected to be one of the problematic sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its address is provided on its Contact Us page as “Shiyang Road, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing” is not an address of any specific building or location but a general address of whole area. And this address is found to be provided by another similar type of suspicious site like PopMagics.

One of the email address it has provided i.e. aftersale@giantbeetech.com also doesn’t belong to its website domain name and found to be used by other sites like Piipiipo, Mytript, MofoShop, RunBright, PopMagics, Humousa, EtherealWigsShop, Biovier, Debugrs, FantasticLookShop, PexonlyPexonlyShop, SplenShop, NeatixShop, Suraging, DonnasyShop, Asnods, and so on.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing an unrealistic heavy discounts on the products it sells which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. PopMagics.com and website name i.e. Suraging are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and this name is also used on its website pages instead of its domain name which is very unprofessional.

Likewise, it has mentioned the website domain name of some other website rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Uniifree but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, we can conclude that AnswerWigs is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
