Took forever to ship, receive. I emailed the company and they had a very calm attitude. No cares. They took my money asap though. Finally arrived wrong size, wrong material, wrong product. After several emails I was told I can give them away to my friends? When i insisted i want them returned because this is a bait and switch!! Not like the pictures at all they got cold and told me it's at my expense to return them. Several emails later I still do not have a legit shipping label. This is not a good company or product. Stay away! Scam alert.
Belinda, the exact same thing happened to me. Same responses. I told them they sent me the wrong shirt. I didn't like it. I was told to give it away. They would give me $10 coupon. I said why should I pay $19.99 for something I didn't. Also, when I washed them, they faded. Online the shirts look long and tapered. I received all 4 of mine. They were short and straight across. DO NOT ORDER from yourrockstyle.de
We ordered two items on May 7th. As of today they have not been delivered. The company provided a phony USPS tracking number and a fabricated tracking summary. We had the USPS Post Master look into this and they determine this is likely a scam and a fraudulent company.
We have reached out to the company via email and they assured us the items are in the mail. Perhaps another month or two they may arrive.
Buyer beware of ordering from foreign companies.
I love my 2 tops I ordered & I have advertised your company to many people. I brag all the time. However I did order XXL & one is XL & the other one is just a L. Sure is a scam do not buy. Take your money and no product. Products come from China not Atlanta.
I ordered a whole outfit I put together and I got them today. The pants dont fit and are not even close to matching the color that it showed and the bracelet is small enough for a child. They claim they are in England, but they ship from China. Never would have ordered if I knew that because they always mess up on clothing sizes and color.
