I ordered something on Christmas 2020...
Emailed them countless times about not receiving my order. Just received it (end of March) and the order is wrong! I’ve emailed them again but they do not respond. Never again!
Stay away fro this company, you may not end up ordering what looks like something you really want but then you most likely won't receive it after paying for it. Don't bother complain to them because they don't care and will not answer your complaints. Never again.
Ordered a leaf bag back in August 2020 and still have not recieved it as of January 24, 2021. They claim it was delivered to the same street address in another state. Many, many emails and still nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered something the beginning if Dec and still haven't received it as of Jan 13, 2021. SCAMMED!!!!
Ordered in middle of nov for Christmas present, still havent received on dec 28. They answered an email when I said I hadn't received yet, only to say be patient. A week later I found where carrier never received package. I told them to cancel and refund, no response. Merry Christmas!! ( sarcasm)
Ordered 3 of the bag holders on Nov 27 and have not received them as of Dec 26! They still advertise on Facebook who censor us but obviously don’t screen their advertisers!
I placed an order way ahead of time !!! In Hope's to get before Christmas now here we are Christmas eve & have Not received order & no wheres can you call this company & now to late to do anything. So I will Never order anything else & will report yo my Credit Card on you. I will get my MONEY back !! & your company can not be TRUSTED.
It's a scam company. You don't get what you ordered and paid for. They don't answer your email. Don't buy anything from this shop.
