The trust seal logos of Norton, McAfee so on provided on its few product details pages are fake. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of some other website instead of its own on its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy etc. pages i.e. Faceshuin.Shop but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas a legit company always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

At this time, as a Federal Agent, we put this company in RED statutes with US Customs in England and China embassies to track down these individuals that are operating under different names that are fraud companies to the citizen of the USA. Please stop buying anything that is coming from this company.

The problem is that they will actually ship something and the description will state merchandise & we the buyer can’t disagree we didn’t receive SOMETHING, so we’re ripped off. My husband is a sucker for good deals so I’ve told him to stop buying things that “look like a great deal.” Especially after his last fiasco of buying a $3,500 used aircraft accessory that is usually priced at $5,500 up. When he was paying thru Zelle, names were different and he asked me to fix it. I told him NOT to purchase it was a scam. But he did & now he’s out $3,500. Believe me it’s a mess trying to deal with Zelle. 6 months later & im still filling out paperwork.

I had a very bad experience as well. I bought fun indoor stair slides and they sent me a kids toy tent. I paid for $42+$10 USD including postage. Now I am trying to get my money back, but they keep asking me to send their cheap product back by paying from my pocket again! I am discusted from their silly responses. Although they sent me a wrong and very cheap product, they keep asking me to resend their wrong item back to be able to get my full refund. Although I asked them to cut off the price of the toy tent and pay the refund accordingly, they keep asking me to fix their own mistake by sending their wrong item back. NEVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE! WHITEGOOSESTORE IS A TOTAL SCAM website. They are only trying to steal your money!!!

Definitely a scam! I ordered a watch from them, while I did receive it, it was a totally different watch than I ordered. Customer Service replied twice, now all my emails bounce, even from different email accounts. collectiafter@whitegoose.store - let me know if it works for anyone else.
