Well, we ordered and PAID a digital photo camera, and send 6 reminder notice, The usually answered that the delivery is slow, due to a pandemic situation. I would be glad to know the responsible authority where I can log in formal legal complaints. Please help if you can.

I ordered something and after two weeks it is still not in the tracking system. A week ago after a week not seeing it in the tracking system they just said shipping is slow and I should wait another 7 days. Of course after waiting over a week more it is still not in the tracking system. They do not reply anymore.
