What is Vonluxe.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling selling different products under different categories like fashion, outdoor, home improvement, doll toy etc. and few such products are African American Reborn Baby Doll, Lifelike Baby Shark, "Annabelle's Hugs" Lifelike Baby Monkey Doll, Solar Ultrasonic Rodent Control Device, Ice Genie - Space-Saving Ice Cube, Silicone Food Preservation Storage Bag, Diy Large Wall Clock Modern Design 3D Wall Sticker Clock, Christmas 3D Rolling Pin, Makeup Organizer, 360 Degree Rotating Adjustable Cosmetic Storage Display Case, Round Fluffy Rugs Anti-Skid Shaggy Area Rug Room Home Bedroom Carpet Floor Mat, Combination Of Mops and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Vonluxe as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is missing on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website whereas a legit company shall always provides such information in its website. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.

The email address it has provided i.e. npyxsait@gmail.com is also a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Security of the Website:

The trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton and so on provided at few product details pages of its website are fake. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Images/contents:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

It has mentioned the website name of some other website rather than its own at the bottom of the website as well as on its Privacy Policy, Terms of Service etc. pages i.e. Jajajaja but has not provided the details of its link with that company whereas a legit company always provides its link with other sister websites if any in its website.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is is offering unreasonable discount and sale offers on the lots of products they sell which seems unrealistically cheaper and hence only the scam sites can afford to offer.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging as well as receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that Vonluxe is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

My credit card has been charged £9 more than the price asking price at point of sale. I emailed the company to cancel the
order and contacted my credit card company to stop payment - both replied that they could not do that!

I too was scammed in August of this year 2020. I was contacted by my bank questioning if I had indeed made the transaction. I said yes and that was it. A few weeks later I received a plastic 6” black baby doll instead of the real life style doll I ordered! I contacted on several email addresses, sending pictures of the one I ordered and the one I received. $40.00 just gone because I didn’t check out the word Vonluxe.

  5. I got scammed also. Waited for over 3 weeks to receive my order only to see it looks nothing like the advertised item. I received a small canvas shark that looks like a cheap carnival toy! Very disappointed!

I just got scammed too. I paid $59 for two lifelike dolls and received 2 cheap plastic dolls that couldn’t be worth more than $1.00 at the dollar store. I wish I could post the picture! Total fraud. I paid with my credit card so I can’t get a refund. No name on the package. I had to dig up the info to find their name again. REALLY BAD!!! Total SCAM!

You can still try to get a refund by contacting your bank or credit card company. In addition to that, you should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company.

And, if you want to warn your friends and families about this store, then you can spread the word by sharing this review through your social media accounts.

I have just been scammed by Vonluxe. I paid 40 dollars for a reborn doll they advertised as being 17 inches long, made of silicone, with hand rooted hair, clothed and weighing 3lbs.
I received a 7 inch cheap plastic doll, naked, no hair and weighs just 86 grams that I could have bought in a pound store! I intend to try to get a refund from PayPal and I’m going to warn people on Facebook showing a photo of the crap I received.

In this case, you should contact PayPal support team and open a dispute via your PayPal account (which we think you already did). In addition to that, you should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to PayPal. People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of PayPal.
