So let’s start with the Vincents Store review:

Vincents is an online shopping store that is selling various products related to home decorations, bathroom, kitchen etc. like finger peeler fruit vegetable cutter knife, new version egglettes, automatic toothpaste squeezer, pocket 88 rail decompression toy, cling film cutter, oil filter spoon, Christ crucifix pendant necklace-jesus cross necklace, multi-functional storage shelf, adhesive wall mounted seamless power strip plug board holder, folding drain rack, microwave egg cooker, hanging trash can , kitchen filter foldable mesh bag etc. However, there are so many things you must know about Vincents before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Vincents as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Vincents store hasn't provided its company's address and contact phone number. The contact email address Bobbaloo99355@gmail.com is a free one, not a domain-specific. So, this makes Vincents store a very suspicious website.

Fake Trust Seal Logos:

The trust seal logo of McAfee SECURE, Norton SECURED, etc. provided by Vincents at few product details pages of its website are fake because they are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes Vincents a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Payment Gateway:

If you click the payment gateway icon like PayPal placed at the bottom of the Vincents website, then that is not clickable. Only the scam and problematic sites do so to look like a genuine sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

Vincents is offering a discount on the price of almost all products listed on its website which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. We have found that most of the scam sites do so to attract people on their websites.

Copied Images/contents:

Lots of content including its "About Us", displayed products and other lots of details match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to Vincents is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Vincents may cheat the buyers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Vincents and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Vincents is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about Vincents to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. 1. Vincents store is definitely a scam. My daughter and I ordered a mobility scooter and we were both sent a pair of very shoddy sunglasses. At the request of PayPal I returned these and paid £11.28 for a tracking number. Tracking suggested that the seller received the goods. I subsequently wrote them a few e-mails requesting a refund to a person called Carmen at Bobbaloo (also at the request of PayPal) but after a month have still have not had a reply from them.

  2. Its a scam for sure. As stated they sent you a cheap substitute and if you want a refund you have to return it with your own money with the silly clauses. The icing on the cake for the seller is that Paypal appears to be complicit to this. After complaining to Paypal, they first allowed me to get a refund after seller agreed it it. I did make clear to Paypal this seller was habitually doing this as several of my colleagues bought the same thing and we all got plastic rings. Return address was in chinese, making it impossible to send back. A further complain was made and again Paypal later allowed the seller to respond and upload a chinese return address, but this time they forced me to file a complaint with an official government body in order for me to proceed to try to get a refund (what was I suppose to lodge a formal complaint over? A wrongly sent item according to Paypal). As I was travelling interstate and there were some public holidays I was not able to do so quick enough, and Paypal closed the case in the sellers favour. It's bad enough there are unethical sellers, but to to supported by companies like paypal makes it even more shameful.
