I ordered and paid for a chair from this site. It never arrived and they refuse to refund my money. They lie and they steal. I will never shop with them again. I am disgusted

I am still trying to get a refund from this company and they keep saying return item !!!!!! And they will refund !!!! As I have not received the item how do I do that !!!!!!!!!
I ordered from these through an advert on FB. I have never received my goods and can’t get any sense out of them for refund. I did get some tracking for a parcel from China which was false. It was a package from Hounslow for a cheap and nasty key ring. So tracking says delivered but not the climbing frame building kit I ordered. They keep answering my e.mails by saying if I return the item received to China I can have refund. But I have not got the item ordered.
Think we have been scammed by these ordered three gaming chairs payed for got tracking number for delivery was sent a key ring instead sent them email said they are looking into it
