This is shocking I have paid in full for a patio set and sent numerous emails with no reply I paid out £138 only to find it’s a scam they should hang their heads in shame stealing hard earned money off people
SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered and paid for garden furniture. I had a prompt email talking about delivery and to use the tracking number to track the items. Tracking number was too short. I have sent emails or should say I've TRIED to send emails plus track and now all I get is sorry site is unavailable. On browsing the Web I came across a site PRIVATEGARDEN. Guess what - the same site as uniquegarden came up. The only thing different is the site name. IdenticaL in font layout items prices. Everything exactly the same. Then yesterday I typed uniquegarden.store and Privategarden Web site opened up. This surely shows its a scam site too. So beware uniquegarden and privategarden are scam sites. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back.

I have been caught out, and they took two payments for the same item out of my account ,so not only will I never get the item I have lost double the money.
It all seemed ok even the reviews on the site, I even had confirmation of the item being dispatched , only when I went to check when the delivery would arrive I found that it was a

Sadly I also made an error and ordered from this scam business. The only correct thing I did was use my credit card. They are now progressing my claim. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE from this company!

Unique gardens is 100% scam, we were in correspondence via email with the manager Kelly Johnson for a delivery update we were told it was on its way. The next email I sent was the same question however I raised my suspicions and asked for an honest answer I was informing my bank . The next day we noticed the online shop has been removed. The bank is investigating.
Yes this is a scam site - I have stupidly been drawn in by them. Don't know if I will be able to get my money back. Shame on them.
Definitely a scam don’t reply to any of your messages
100% fake. Luckily I paid with credit card, so should be able to claim the money. Have proof of purchase yet keep getting texts from them requiring me to validate my purchase in my cart before it's out of stock. Which is strange since I paid already. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! Guaranteed scams I was silly enough to believe it was real after seeing it advertised via Facebook and all the comments posted were clearly by fake accounts with zero or barely any friends. Suspicious and should easily be able to confirm fraudulent website.
Scam site I paid fir a set of garden furniture never got email contacted them and gave me the run around for 3 weeks. Just phoned bank to say it is fraud and a scam supported by visa so let's hope visa know where the visa machine is and control these false payments. I will post the outcome and if it is a negative we need to go against the visa and Mastercard companies to have more security as online banking and shopping they are supporting and encouraging.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a furniture set and paid online. The funds are transferred but no acknowledgement received. Three attempts to contact them via. email and FB Messenger have been unsuccessful.
I'm in contact with 5 other people in the UK all have ordered from them and delivery shows 4 weeks they take the money and then completely ignore you
I have ordered from this site and on my payment it says Ireland not Canada I’m going to contact bank tomorrow for a charge back

I stupidly ordered from them too. If something looks too good to be true then it usually is. Reported to Facebook yet they are still advertising on there!! Now in the hands of my bank.
