I am really annoyed I didn't know about your site before I placed an order for a watch with them. What I got was one that was different to the one they advertised on their site. After getting no help from TomTop, I filed a complaint with Paypal but they were no use as they said I needed to ship the unit back to TomTop. In the past I've tried to ship stuff back to Sellers in China. Every time it gets rejected by China Customs and returned. I was willing to accept a partial refund but TomTop insists I have to send the watch back for a refund.
