I ordered a mobile scooter about 6 months ago they said they had a confirmation of the delivery i said i never got it either send me the scooter or refund me the money.
Thresmau is a total scam. I bought that LED Electric guitar and got a silk scarf. they wanted me to send the scarf back before they send me the guitar. I flagged the purchase with B of A and I hope they don't get their money, I got mine back from B of A. If it's too good to be true it probably is.
I ordered a cabinet got fluffy ear muffs. Do not buy from this company they are theives/scammers. They offered me 55% back but when I told them I wanted full refund (as stated in their refund policy) havnt heard from them again. People stay away from them. They crooks.

Same here. I ordered the guitar and got the shitty chopsticks and spoon which I would love to shove up someone's They offered me 40% refund. After sending them an email where my truck driver mouth came into play, they offered me 50%. I'm gonna keep going with them until I get my FULL refund. PLUS I will contact my credit card company and recoup the money that way! UGH!!!
I order 1 scooter in Nov and 2 in Dec and I've never received them I will be calling them in the morning. I'm disable and they must serve their consequences. That is straight up stealing from us and nobody ever does nothing

I ordered a foldable mobility scooter and instead I received a pair of wooden chopsticks and a wooden spoon. They haven't responded to email complaints so charge back will have to happen.
I ordered a guitar, and receivedthe same thing, chopsticks and a wooden spoon. Today after trying ot reach them three times, they offered me a 55% refund. Why should I pay anything when I didn't receive my order? Buy be ware!!!

Well, I guess I must contact my bank. Usually I'm pretty careful about this type of thing but I saw something I've been wanting for a long time and , stupid me, jumped at it.
My dad purchased a $50 folding scooter with remote, and never received it. They ripped of someone who is on social security and trying to get around because of his mobility issues.
