    my order n 2186 contained 3 blankets. Stay away from them!!!!!

  2. Hi I'm in spain and ordered the fluffy bedding, no response to emails etc....DEFINITELY A SCAM. What I find frustrating is that they are advertising through FACEBOOK!!!! Surely FB should be held partly responsible for permitting these SCAMMERS to ADVERTISE on THEIR so called SAFE SITE !!!! if enough people complain to FB then surely they will have to do something!!!!!!

  3. Hi ! I am from GREECE I have placed an order for 3 sets which I have never received I have sent 6 emails and have not received any response. This is a big scam, these people should be punished. We need to appeal to the ombudsman to learn a lesson,

  4. Hi I am from GREECE. Very big scam,I ordered 3 sets in these trying times. They don't answer email either. We need to claim our money back and stop them from cheating.Let's turn to the consumer advocate, such people should be punished, they will be found.

  5. I ordered the comforter set 2 months ago, I emailed 3/4 times with no response I am going to report this site as fraudulent & every one else that got scammed should do the same, why should the scammers get away with day time robbery ? life is hard enough as it is...keep exposing this site ⚠️

Hi ,i bought a set of king size cotten cndy for my daughters xmas bought it on the 4thoctober,they told me it was posted on the 18th oct ,and sent them 23emails to no answer as to why it hasnt arrived no tracking reference number so you can track it down, waisting my time as i can now know its a scam ,just wished i didnt bother am an oap and cantt afford to buy any more ,but i have a very understanding daughter ,she toold me you learn by your mistakes,and i was going to be buying 3 sets just glad i never.some one should get in touch with trading standards and report these people.

  8. I ordered 2 of the blankets at the end of August beginning of September. Never received anything. I kept asking for a tracking number and they gave me a 4 number tracker. Looked for the website a couple of weeks after the tracking number and there wasn't a website when there was a website when I ordered the blankets.

  13. I ordered the fluffy Comforter Set end of Sep and as of today nothing. Gave tracking number of RH1620592915CN China express, nothing. They are scammers. Stopped responding to email. Kept stating it was in USA customs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

  15. these people need to be stoped iv brought bedding set £20 and come to £22 and i checked my bank and they took small amount out as well iv emailed these people a number of times and said they will check tracking number this was over a week ago iv herd nothing scam im fuming as this was my daughter Christmas present and I'm not in finacial situation to be losing money to these scumbags something needs to be done

  16. Why are they allowed to get away with this? I’ve had exactly the same thing happen to me, I’ve emailed them numerous times and told it should be with me within the week. Now they aren’t even replying to my emails, I’m so angry as I too did some research into this company before placing the order making sure they were a reliable legit company (clearly not! )

I ordered a fluffy duvet 24 days ago have asked via email on a number of occasions where my order is to be told from a email tech something from China that my order is at UK border control and everytime tell me I will receive it shortly I just want a refund & now I've been ignored a few times.

  18. Same with me. They didn't send my order or refund. Only keep sending me emails asking for my order number and they will check. After: it will arrive in 2 days. Nothing.
    I checked before I ordered, I live in Europe. It said on 2 review sites it could be trusted. Which is not, obviously. And today I discover this. Damn it!

Well I'm afraid I think I got caught with this company as under the Bedloverz I ordered one of the fluffy bed sets I have contacted them through the outlookexpress email and all I get back is a message asking for my order no they will look in to it I have sent 3 or 4 emails and gotten nowhere very annoying

    2. Hi! I feel I've done the same and came to conclusion of the same story and situation you have. I've emailed them again saying to send real information about my order as tracking number doesn't work, or I'll dispute the delivery as fraudulent to see what they say. I ordered two weeks ago:)
