Hi, I ordered with this company in November last year via Facebook the cooking set for a Xmas present for my daughter and in February they said they my order to Norway and I had the tracking information but it was delivered to a different address with different name and when I complained they said they will organise a door/signed delivery again so I waited till April and I got sane again, tracking number with different address, town and name. I have been asking for a refund since February but now I am not getting any response from them.
If I ordered it through an ad on Facebook would Facebook be responsible too? To putting the scam ads on and leading people to purchase items??? The companies website can I use it or is there a different one to use??
Plz assist if I CN get my money back plz
