I called to get information on face masks and on a hoodie and was given a terse answer. Of the face mask the American flag was facing the wrong direction. Most specifically with dual flag masks where the other flag was either Latino or middle eastern. When asking about the hoodie they were unclear on delivery dates and with getting my name on custom items. When I pressed for the location of their company they were reluctant to say - even though they have an American number. After seeing some of the same products on Chinese sites, I believe I will be shopping elsewhere.
