It also says that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

This site does not deliver, it's takes money from your card account and does not deliver the items. On the 8/24/23 I purchased 4 pairs of sneakers and I have not received one single one. I have contacted them through a comment section in their website enquiring about my items and they have not responded to me. Please don't trust this site or purchase anything from it. I am hoping that the police will catch up with them.

I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from this company offshop direct and they say "Thank you for your order" but no confirmation email like other companies. The order was never delivered. However, I found something on their site for comments and I write them asking them about my order and they did not respond.These people are definitely criminals. Please don't spend your money with them, they are highway criminals. I hope that the police catches up with them soon
I purchased a patio set from this website,actually the website is called -harmonious-up.com & I never received it & when I used the tracking link they provided in the email they sent me confirming my order, it says that my patio set was delivered Jan.20/2022, 2 wks ago,& I never received anything.
