SweteLove is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-
# It has provided its registered company’s name as Qandies Limited on its “Terms and Conditions” page. Well, this is not a good thing because lots of scam sites are operating under Qandies Limited such as OnlinemallStore, Chiclando, Cmosnap, Sminbuy, Tipetapeco, Lorencona, Biutiflow, Gmdsr, Godvshopworld, Honwinmall, Mopromodeals, WoowLish, Gopobuy, Oakbayshop, and so on. So, this proves that it is run and operated by the serial cybercriminal who has multiple scam sites.
# Like lots of scam sites, it is also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is not so tidy; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other scam websites; It is offering lots of products on sale at a heavy discount price.
Based on all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that SweteLove is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

It is now one day passed the 15th day and my order has not shipped! They do not answer emails or the phone. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal yesterday after seeing all of these horrible reviews. SweteLove responded to my email by telling me that 3 out of the 4 rings that I ordered were ready, but they would compensate me with a necklace, and ALSO that they were BLOCKED from shipping them out due to my PayPal claim, and that I needed to cancel the claim for them to be able to ship. So, I called PayPal to verify this. The PayPal rep said that NOTHING is blocking SweteLove from shipping, but they had to send proof of a tracking number to PayPal in order to receive any more payments. Also, if I canceled the claim, I would not be able to re-open it which would allow SweteLove to totally screw me aka not send me anything and I could do nothing about it! So, the PayPal rep went ahead and ESCALATED my claim, which was now going to only allow SweteLove 10 days to submit a tracking number, or else I will automatically get a full refund! DON'T BE STUPID PEOPLE! If you paid through PayPal, they will protect you and fight for you! Don't listen to SweteLove and blindly go along with whatever they tell you to do! You DO NOT have to cancel your claim with PayPal in order for them to ship out your order! They LIED to me about that!!! We ALL need to file a report with the Better Business Bureau about SweteLove! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for me from my husband, but it is definitely NOT going to get here on time, if at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM SWETELOVE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go to Etsy or another source! Your welcome! 🙂
I have paid these guys almost $500. It has been a month and 2 weeks. They have started changing the goal post as am trying to get my ring set and necklaces. It started with a 15-20 days delivery time. It passed, then it will be ready and we will send you the information and tracking number. The occasion is up in 2 wks time i have been told to pay $20 to expedite, i did , it will take 3-5. After that I was told they missed the truck. I told the send them the next day, they have now told me due to Covid it’s running late. I told them Covid is a story now can’t be used as an excuse. Then i was told they are gong to refund the expedite money. I told them, i told you to put the package on the next truck the next day. After a month and 2 weeks now come on.
I have bought from them, received item and its great, very happy with my purchase
Yeah - I got sucked in. I tried to return the ring (size too large) within the allowed time and was told it would be too much trouble to return the ring because it would have to be returned to Canada, I would have to pay the postage (expensive) and it would take too long. They offered me a $15.00 credit which I decided to accept after their email. Needless to say, I have not and will probably not ever receive the credit. BUYER BEWARE.
Scammers they give the hardest time for refund the ring I got looks nothing like there advertised its ugly and they are giving me the runaround
Heads Up De Roka - they hae changed their address in the policy page you cited. They have changed it to bumperr limite g34 stokenchurch business park ibstone road stokenchurch high wycombe united kingdom hp14 3fe.
Nice work De Roka and I think they are trying to evade being caught out.

They always do that. They have a bunch of companies such as Bumperr Limited, Qandies Limited, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and so on. They may still change their name after this comment which doesn't matter since at starting they have already provided their parent company's name as Qandies Limited which already shows their reality. Now whatever name they change, that doesn't matter.
