What is Sustainablea.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing and fashion products like tops, dresses, jeans, accessories, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Sustainablea is categorized to be a problemation site because of its following drawbacks:

Company Address:

Its parent company’s name and address is given as TOP LIFESTYLE LIMITED: 212 Horton Road, Datchet, Slough, England, SL3 9HL and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. this address turns out to be an address of a residential home as per Google Search (source: rightmove.co.uk). The same parent company's name and address is found to be used by other suspicious sites BowTops, Colelink, Skyiens, SunHanie, ModlilyStyle, Linaville, Zoegal, Astroster, Danaenvy, and so on. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unrealistic heavy discount offers on some of the products it sells that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Levelapply but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which says that you will be responsible for the shipping costs returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Sustainablea is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Yes , I ordered $90 in clothing and 2 of the items were completely different than what I had ordered. I emailed them to get a return started and they told me it would cost too much and take too long to receive new replacements, and to just keep the merchandise. I told them I wanted a refund anyway and they only offered me a 5 % refund, when I opposed, they offered 15% but that they would have to get permission from their manager. When I asked how this measly refund was going to transpire they didn't answer me back, that was 2 weeks ago. Is it worth it to complain to the bbb?
Since then, I've seen several sites advertised on FB showing the exact same merchandise. Furthermore, when I originally ordered, I was on a website of what appeared to be a small family run boutique clothing store where sisters designed and sold their clothes under a certain name. Then when I got an email later regarding my purchase it was a completely different name, Sustainablea. Well I've learned my lesson now that it's too late.

Rip off I ordered over $100 and received items I didn’t order and they look nothing like what’s advertised online. Complete scam, they don’t list a return policy or a customer service number to speak to a person.

This is a scam, you don’t receive what pictures on website, not embroidered it’s printed and not even design or color online. Stay away from this website
I reached out to return and they only say it will cost me to much to return so they advise me to keep it

  4. I was scammed by this ridiculous company. The pictures on the site are nothing like what you receive. They show beautiful embroidered cotton shirts. You get polyester with just a color transfer on the fabric. And yes, the cost to return the items internationally make it not worth the effort. Avoid these guys at all costs.
