Surggek has had my order since April 15, 2021. I have made numerous attempts to email them about their problem but no satisfaction. They keep telling me it’s on the way...... Either I got duped or how can one wait a month and a half for a product that would be easy to ship through the postal system. I’m ?. Uugh.....
It has been over a month since notice of shipping. Contacted customer service twice said would contact shipper for update still waiting…
Ordered Ultimate Lift Stretch - buy 2 get 1 free. Never got the "free" bra when the shipment was received. This has to be the poorest quality bra ever! Advertised lift but it has no support and has no quality in the construction or materials used. Cheap, flimsy fabric and poorly designed cup. Just a rip off! Do Not Buy This Product!
Surgej shipped wrong size and color almost a month after the order was placed. When I contacted customer support with my order number they asked for a photo of item received. Then they said fabric has changed and for additional $10 shipping they would send new item. Link for that payment was to a different company and a different amount . All of this was obviously written by a non English speaking person. I would say definitely a scam.
