I think I got scammed too! 3 sweatshirts 63.00 over a month now and 1 came a few days ago but no tracking or info on the other 2. Customer service is a joke and basically non- existent!! Never order from them.
DO NOT ORDERNFROM THIS COMPANY! I wish inhad read these reviews. The pant I received were cheap and dod not fit. They offered me $3USD?? I'm still trying to get a refund. They don't comply with their own return terms.
I ordered 3 "sweatshirts" from this company - Halloween shirts - BOO SHEET and a couple more.... terrible quality - terrible sizing - terrible customer service .... I paid $25USD each and they offered me $8USD to "go away" they said in their email. They have now blocked me from emailing them.

I ordered a tshirt and it says it was delivered june 5, 2023 to my mailbox via usps but was not. Usps informed delivery has no record of pkg delivered to my address that day but their tracking says it was delivered via usps.
I bought a shirt and leggings it took over 3 weeks to receive them. Was over charged and put in a dispute. Hopefully I will get the money back, but I doubt it.
Your credit card company can’t open an investigation? Normally if they don’t respond the bank rewards you the money. That has always been my experience but maybe each bank is different
I ordered a t-shirt, it took about a month and half to get it. Shipped from Sweden. The t-shirt wasn't bad but material is a weird.
NEVER order from this company. I ordered a Wallen tank top and ball cap. When my order arrived the tank top was missing and the ball cap is sewn together so crooked it can't be worn. Trying to resolve this with the company is useless and paypal is now involved. This would not address the request to return the ball cap for a refund and as for the missing tank they just tell me to re check my package because their people said they sent it. Worst company I have ever done business with.
I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I saw a New York address, but I was notified that my card was charged out of the US. I hope I'm wrong, but this doesn't look good.
Buyers beware. I ordered 3 weeks ago, thinking the company was out of New York ad that is what it said. Then I get an email stating it was going to be shipping from Italy. I asked them to cancel my order as it wouldn't be here for St. Patrick's day. They ensured me that they would be rushing my order. Here it is 5 days after St. Patrick's day and still nothing. But keep getting be patient you will receive your order.
I placed an order over a month ago & I have not received my items as of yet. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to put in a fraud claim to get my money back. Never again will I purchase anything on FB again~
Pretty sure I won’t be receiving an ordered I placed. Total was also $29.78 and they charged my card $10 more. I ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing has been shipped yet. Beware!
Ordered a St Patrick Day sweatshirt and it took over a month, but I did finally receive something from Supplemenk. It wasn’t the sweatshirt I ordered, but it was a long sleeve t shirt that was also the wrong color. The graphic looks cheap like it was ironed by hand and probably won’t last more than a handful of washings. I have tried to contact someone and leave review on their website with no luck. I wish I could warn all the people ordering from their Facebook ad!
