Yes, I too got caught... site on facebook looked totally legitimate, I ordered beds for 2 dogs, supposed to get one free... they sent me a couple of emails over the next 2 weeks, assuring me I would receive the free bed also, and advised it was going to take a while as they were coming from China... then after a couple of weeks I emailed them again... could not get an answer.... thieves !

Wish I had seen this earlier before I bought a fictitious dog bed. The good news is that Visa is aware of the scam and reversed my charge right away. The bad news is that the place is still operating, posting Instagram ads and sending texts with a link and a coupon.
I ordered 3 xl calming bed a month ago from super paws online, emailed them and no resolution however they did charge my card for 116.00 dollars
I got scammed by superpetsonline too. I ordered the 3XL dog bed and it never arrived. I've emailed the company to get a refund or confirmation of delivery and received no response. I'll be challenging the charges with my credit card company. So disappointing.
I placed an order online that would be shipped between 5-7 days and when following up, I get a repeat reply that shipping the order will take longer than expected. I then became suspicious and found out through other online reviews that this business is a scam and others are facing similar issues. When requesting a refund, the answer is that ‘once the order is processed, which is after 2 hours from time of purchase, no refunds will be issued’. That’s it. Nothing else I have been able to get out of them after sending daily emails.
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

I ordered a blanket from Super Paws Online weeks before Christmas. It is the middle of February now and have not received anything. I have emailed them weekly to refund my money. Now all the sudden I am told they have to charge me half for cancelling! I couldn’t believe what I was reading! I am now disputing the whole charge with my CC company. Do NOT order from these thieves!
Same exact thing happened to me. Ordered a celebrity dog portrait on December 11th, its march 4th and after 3 months of emails and bs they said “we sill give you 50% back.” Blamed the Coronavirus on the delay. I doubt ill ever receive the money at all.
