It is has just happening to me, I did purchased online with my Credit Card and got approve. No Order confirmed has been approved and notified the buyer in any chain of communication. It was taken a week to return confirmation with very weird order confirmation and seems not professional (at least they response).
Ideally, I love its presentation from the site, but making buyers lost no where after purchasing their desired products with no confirmation at all. However, I would like to leave the process from their ends, as with minimal price, I believe it is under minimal profit, then it will be slowness but to accomplish the deal.. Not scammed as am still positive about the site.:))
