Do not order from this so called company. I ordered what was advertised as leather sandals & that was'nt what I received. After emails back & forth I decided to take the offer of a £13.00 refund as they were saying the return address is in China I've learned the hard way & writing these reviews hopefully stops Sunfloral scamming more people.
Terrible site do not use
Why are Sunfloral allowed to Scam people! Goggles and Facebook are allowing them to do this! They are allowing Criminals to Rip people off !!
Sunfloral shoes are of poor quality, they look completely different to what was advertised. I want to return the items and refund. I was told I can keep the shoes and get 50% of my money back.
Customer service seems to be one person calling themselves Emma who is as helpful as wind....
I have ordered and paid for some shoes from this company and I have tried to find out delivery. It is now 10 days and cannot get in touch with them at all. The tracking number just says its left the depot and on its way to the carrier.. I am a 78 year old pensioner and am really upset that this company can get aweay with this. Avoid at all costs!!
Purchased two pairs of sandals from the website only to wait 3weeks for them to arrive. To website shows to be a UK company and nothing on the website to say otherwise. However- when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the photos on the site. They a made from cheap hard plastic soles, and the upper straps are thin tacky strips Sewed together with what looks like knitting needle.
After checking the website for returns, you have to contact by email for returns, waiting for a response, to then be offered 15% to keep them, further wanted to return because of the quality then to be offer 30% to keep them. I still wanted my full refund, they then sent a return address that is located in China!! Costing over £12 to return the £40 shoes.
I was tempted to return the item to the UK address listed on the website, but after reading reviews, noted that it isnt a real address and would incur extra costs.
Save your Money and go elsewhere. Dont get sucked into the scam. I will return the items to China and await my refund.......
This company should be taken off the internet as soon as possible!

I bought what I thought would be leather and turned out to be plastic of such poor quality cannot be worn.
Total scam. Products not as advertised at all. Advertised as orthopaedic sandals but not. Cheap plastic , white base but advertised as black. Not the right sizing as white base on black sandals so looks really poor as meant to be black. Sizing so poor does not fit your feet on a size 5 and I am a small 5 and foot hangs over. Customer service appalling and as they state above its £13 to return them to China so they offer you 20% back on the shoe price so you loose £5 .00 shipping you paid and you can’t return it. I think they charge you for shipping and send it from England with no intention of you being able to return it. Total con. Avoid and they should be unable to advertise in this way.
Do not buy from this company ,sandal are very plastic looking and offer no support whatsoever ever .not interested in returns or refunds Dont tell you item must be returned to chima at your cost ,extortionate ! I had so many conflicting emails I wish I have read reviews before purchase don't trust this dreadful company.
Sunfloral shoes are a scam. After having g ordered 2 prs shoes £39.98 nearly five weeks later one pr sandals, peasant style quality poor sandals you would get for a few dollars on a street market in china. 2nd pr never turned up. Despicable scam coming from China.
This is definitely a scam site. Having ordered beg June delivered end June and only one pair delivered. Ordered two pairs. The shoes delivered are of the peasant quality sandals offered on street sellers in China. Been there so know these very poor quality. Probably cost at most £10 value in China. Have emailed them again at sunfloral uk asking for 2nd pair ordered. Total cost was £39.98.
