What is SUMMERHAULS.com?

It is an online shopping store that offers sandals, boots, dresses, blouses, knitwear, jackets, accessories and several other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Summerhauls as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

If you check the company address on their “Contact Us” details, then you can see that they have provided the address as 3422 Okanagan Drive, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. When we tried to find out the location through Google Maps, it shows the residential building but there is no such company or store named Summerhauls. The legit company always provides the precise registered company address but in the case of this site, its company address seems to be faked. If any company is not providing the verified company address then we shall not trust such an unprofessional company for the online shopping.

Furthermore, if you check their “Terms of Service” page, you can find that they have mentioned that their governing law shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. How can the Canadian company’s governing law be governed by the laws of the UK?

Likewise, its contact email address: summerhauls@tomailme.com is very much similar to the email address of multiple suspicious sites such as Hollymoda, DressStars, Yomifashion, XStudioHub, Lemonwearing, and so on since these sites are also using “@tomailme.com” email addresses.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing huge and unreasonable discount and sale offer i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and refund. It even makes its customers pay for the shipment cost while product returning. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Sites similar to this online store have very poor customer support as well as delivery time as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Summerhauls is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. This company is a big Fraud, it is not a real business. It is an online website use to scam people, deceived people, and take people money. The address is fake and deceiving!

I bought 2 jackets from his store, and I never receive any shipping confirmation. I email him six times and never gotten a respond, and there is no telephone number on the website.

So I file a fraud with my bank and finally got my money back after over a month. My ATM-Visa card was charged by a company in Hong Kong: BB-OOTDLAB.

I researched and found a lot of people filed complaint like me that they ordered through this website: summerhauls.com and never received their orders or money back! This guy must be stopped. He is using this website to scam people, fake business to take people's money, he doesn’t have a real business! I was one of the smarter people, and I was able to get my money back, but a lot of people lost their money and never got a refund!

I happen to live in the same city with him. So I started to do some research and I found out that this guy's name is Michael Pan 47 years old lives in San Jose, using P.O. address as 360 E. Evelyn Ave, PO Box#332 Sunnyvale, CA 94086 for his IT business (Pamiken Consulting).

He is deceiving his IT address for summerhauls.com as 332 E. Evelyne Ave., #332 Sunnyvale, CA 94086. There is no such address 332 E. Evelyne Ave, #332 Sunnyvale, CA 94085!

I spoke to the post office lady in Sunnyvale and got his email address. If anyone who did not get your money back, you can email him here or report him.

    mpan@pamiken .com

This guy has to be stopped. He cannot continue to take innocent people hard earn money!

  2. Scam, my boss ordered a jacket and it is nothing like what is pictured. Very low quality and sizing is very off. He gave it to me tho..

  3. Summerhauls is a scam, I ordered 2 hoodies Feb 2020, didn’t get products got ripped off $159 plus freight. I tried to make contact but couldn’t,sent numerous emails and was sent an email 2 months after purchase and got an email saying there was a backlog of orders.Have never received a reply since.Bloody buggers, buyers please be aware they won’t have the last laugh

  4. Thank you guys for this information I was just getting ready to order something for my Son who is incarcerated but thanks to all these reviews I want. ?

  5. It's not a scam site, BUT their sizes are deceptive. I ordered and received a sweater -- quality was what I expected -- but what they ship as XL is barely a US L. The biggest problem is that if you have a return, you have to ship it back to China, which often costs almost as much as the purchase. And they don't disclose this in the posted FAQs. The bottom line here is, if you have any trouble, you are going to feel ripped off.

  6. WOW I SURELY WAS ABOUT TO SPEND SOME $$BUT I SEE ALL THIS IAM GLAD I LOOKED FIRST!!!!!!!THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT MADE A COMMENT

  7. TOTAL SCAM!! Do not buy anything from these con artists. I foolishly ordered 2 sweaters 2 years ago, never received, and they won’t reply.

  8. I think this website is a scan it needs to be investigated it has no email has no number it has no address the website is summerhauls.tomilme.com please investigate soon as possible.

  9. This website is a pure scam do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company. I Purchased a 4 X shirt they sent me a small. And refuse to send me my money or send me the proper item. Do not order from this website

  10. Waiting 2 months now.no communication.been ripped off id say.i wana no why ther allowed to advertise on trusted sites????

    1. Because trusted sites like Facebook got lots of advertisements so they set an automatic approval process that is manipulating by lots of scammers. We also think these sites must do a manual check of advertisements before they approve. They should hire more staff for that.

  11. Just Great! I ordered a top and a necklace from them and their site said it takes 10 - 15 days just to process the order and 25 days to deliver to the U.S. and the U.K.? I paid $12 shipping too! I never order clothes online, but I saw an amazing blouse in my size that I never see in Dept stores here in Colorado. I was given an order #, but never a tracking number or any updates that my products had been shipped. I contacted them and of course they said that it takes time, but they would make a note to their shipping dept and even expedite my order! That was 3 weeks ago! I just contacted them and said if they can't produce evidence that my order shipped, with a Tracking #, then I want a Refund! But will I get one? I tried looking online on the BBB website for complaints and there are none. Then I found this article. So, I'm wondering if I will be able to get a refund on my Visa credit card? So far, no attempts were made to steal any $$, but if they don't deliver and I can't get a refund, then it's definitely theft!

    1. If they don't deliver you anything or deliver you a wrong item, you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      Good Luck!

  12. The things you learn too late. Thank you for this review De Roka! I will reach out to PayPal immediately for a refund and notify YouTube . This company should not be allowed to advertise on YouTube or any place else; Absolutely disgusting !

  13. I went to place an order on summerhauls site and it was flagged by AVG.
I then did a review search and found this and other siteswhich saved by wallet.
Thans for that and others who have posted here.

  14. I have a feeling Summerhauls isn't going to deliver my shoes that I ordered. No tracking# has been provided yet and I'm extremely hurt by this. I'm short of $70 down the drain. They're telling me to please be patient. Please don't provide clothes and other products if you don't have the manpower to deliver and process the orders ijs.

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you have paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Good Luck!

  15. They got me! Out 150$ ordered shoes and tops for my daughterand and now I have to tell her it was all a big hoax.

    1. At least this is a good lesson for your daughter to never blindly trust a random website with her money without researching first.

  16. Thanks lots for all your comments. I was going to place a big order, seeing reasonable prices. Thanks lots
