Comment: ukgb amount of 28.96 EUR. (Picture 1, proof of payment from a visa electronic card) for the product Mulitfunction Juicer Buy 1 SET x 1 which they advertised on Facebook under the name hoaily. Confirmation that the payment was made I received from Hoaily via my email, which I prove by their response to my email picture 2.
When I asked (via email) to answer (hoailyukgb) the question, what about my order and why they don’t send it because I paid for it? I received an (reply) unreasonable offer from service@hoaily.com OFFERING ME A REFUND OF $ 5 AS A COMPENSATION FOR THE PRODUCT (Figure 6, proof from an email sent to me by service@hoaily.com) which I paid in the amount of 28, 96 EUR.
As I consider myself deceived by hoailyukgb, because they have repeatedly offered me a refund by e-mail in various amounts that did not even correspond to my payment (2 EU, 5 EU, 8 EU), PLEASE ANSWER ME, are you ready to give me help solve this problem or refer me to some email of the RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN 'HOAILY' to make a complaint about such unprofessional and fraudulent behavior hoailyukgb.
PS. I am also sending you a notification (Fig. 5, proof of delivery tracking) by hoailyukgb from China whose item number - RF025188718LT (which they "allegedly" sent) does not match the product tracking number (Tracking number: SYRM117054514) that I paid for .
Please help me and reply to the mail, in order to remove doubts, and thus prevent a large number of customers from being deceived by hoailyukgb.
