Its domain name i.e. Souttw.com and website name i.e. Individualng are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and this name is also used on its website pages instead of its domain name which is very unprofessional.
Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its About Us, Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. Dianthusy.com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

I ordered something on October 4… 24 hours to process and 1-2 weeks for shipping. It has been almost two months and nothing has arrived. I tried emailing the company three times using their “contact us” email address to inquire about my purchase and each time I received a mailer-demon auto-response. There is no other contact info available.
I have ordered a advent box. Not only did it arrive late. Ir was an completely different box. When trying to mail, mail does not excist. When trying to contact through the facebooK link, it does not bring you to Facebook but to the same website. When complaining through Paypal they say they only refund when sending back to China and only when it arrives. Which i dont trust.
I ordered some advent calendars from them, and things seemed pretty okay to start with... Got a few emails from noreply@whatever.splat about the deliveries, and actually got something delivered.
When I opened things up and saw the products, they didn't give me correct calendars. Not even close to what I ordered, but still advent calendars.
Tried to contact them, but got nowhere. All emails sent bounced instantly, none of the links on their site work, and everything in the site, aside from the ordering and shipping stuff is deactivated.
Still, at least I got something for my money. Gonna check it tonight when I get home to see if it was worth it.
I actually did get an Advent calendar from them, but it wasn’t the one I ordered. It’s impossible to get ahold of them.
