On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name and address such as WhaleBaby, Cardailly, Crisiyi, Aguzado, Caberly, Nornice, Neopouse, Suneting, Wzyboogie, Frieezie, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

It is offering unrealistic discounts on the products it sells which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

I ordered some gym leggings 5 months ago and have contacted soursugar numerous times because I have yet to receive them.
They say they were shipped but they never arrived. As a last resort I opened a dispute with PayPal but because they showed tracking information PayPal did nothing. Now soursugar won’t even reply to my emails.
A scam company - stay away!
This company is an absolute scam. Please, do not buy from them. I bought items from them and was likely enough to receive them (most people don't receive them at all). However, mine arrived faulty and the support refused me a refund or a return. They kept my money and I had to throw the items away.
Horrible!! It took almost 3 months to get my order. Every time I would contact them I got the same answer, we are so sorry. It's on the way. It did say delivered at one point, but it wasn't. They apologized and said they sent it again. Another few weeks and there it was. The product was NOT as advertised. They are so thin and cheap. Please do something to shut them down.
