What is Soundhey.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling women's and men's fashion products. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Soundhey is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as: “Aober UK Limited”: Suite 10c,17-23 Queen Street,Deal, Kent,United Kingdom CT14 6EY. When we searched about this company in the Google, we found out that Aober UK Limited has been registered at the UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. Moreover, this parent company’s name and address is used by other websites like Prestarrs, Honeylop, SecondPedia , LadyPipe, AnyKis, Allfoly, Oasisjoy, and so on.

Actually, we have found Aober UK Limited is linked with lots of other companies that are mentioned by multiple scam sites as their parent company such as Aober Network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. We can say the sites who have mentioned these companies as their parent company are linked with each other and operating by the same team. The few examples of problematic sites operating by this team are as Owlhive, Keypepper, Coralinlin, Newbasiclife, Growsim, Teamclo, LukalulaMikoloveHolapick and so on. So shall not trust such a suspicious site for our shopping destination.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Soundhey is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Avoid this company! I ordered a Led Zepplin T-shirt. It took over a month to receive and when I did receive the t shirt, it had the word "Dark" not Led Zepplin.

I have sent a dozen emails and nothing but crickets.

This place is an absolute scam. Their “home page” at soundhey.com I have seen on a web page. It’s completely copy and paste of other images. Their return policy talks of returns “in store”, which of course there are no physical stores to be found. The return policy on the website says you are supposed to receive a pre paid postage address label to handle any returns that may need to be made. I place an order for 7 items ( 4 Jameson hoodies, 2 women’s shirts, and a pair of leggings for the wife) I’m March 2021. It is now June 2021 and I have received 6 of the 7 items. Of those 6 items, 3 were completely different items than what I ordered. After receiving the items (all from China), I contacted customer service on the phone to ask how to return the wrong items and get the correct ones. I was very plainly told that the items I ordered were not in stock, “so we just sent you those other items”. When I asked where the “prepaid address label” was, I was told they don’t do that. They offered me 45 USD and they were willing to let me keep the items they sent. I ask........”How about refund me for the products I ordered, and send me a shipping label and I will ship your other products back?” We don’t do that is the only answer the person on the phone would give me.

This “company” and their website is a complete scam. All I wanted was for them to do was what they have on the website and the return policy they have linked. But apparently, being a reputable business is not what they are after.

If you like wating over 2 months to anything and it's not the size you ordered this company is for you

  5. I clicked on an Instagram add relating to Motörhead T Shirts. I decided on a shirt I'd never seen before and a couple of "Motörhead - Overkill" items. It took over two weeks to hear back from the seller as to whether or not my order would ship. I had to raise a PayPal dispute to get them to respond, and they then tried to get me to close the complaint. It took almost a month for them to actually ship the order. As there was no tracking, I had to escalate the PayPal dispute to keep it active. Once received (almost two months after ordering) not one item was correct. I'd ordered two of the same item mentioned first in this comment, an Overkill album T shirt and an Overkill hoodie.

The sizing was technically correct but that's where it all stopped. I received two of the same item of a brand/band I didn't recognise, a "Plan B"(the rapper) T Shirt, and a clearly counterfeit jumper that was a mix of Fox (racing) and Monster energy. To add insult to injury, the shirts were pixelated and frankly unwearable outside the house. Reverse-image searching the hoodie didn't bring up any relevant results so maybe it was their own design, who's to say. The sleeves had Monster written on them but the right-hand sleeve had the image reversed for some reason instead of the right way around and flipped to read the right direction.

What's confusing is they actually put in the order information/invoice which showed that every item was incorrect. Luckily for me PayPal sided with me, however had I not escalated the claim I'm not sure I would have got my money back due to the seller dragging out the order.

All in all a terrible experience; the level of customer service was very low, the item quality average/mediocre, the printing subpar and after stumbling upon this page mid-dispute I noticed that their about us section is directly taken from the North Face!

What I don't understand is the fact they didn't send me anything remotely Motörhead related at all, this website even shows one of their "Motörhead" shirts. If they had sent the "wrong" design I'd be able to understand.

TL;DR - "avoid like the plague"
