I’ve been a victim of this scam. Is there any way we can get money back?
I have ordered sofa bed in August 2022 and they sent me tracking number via Global express. On November 3, 2022 it shows the item being returned. At this point try to contact customer service at support@weclearance.shop. After couple of correspondence finally I get the following email:
"Really sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience.
The warehouse has shipped your order normally. Due to the mistakes of the logistics company, your package was temporarily detained at the customs and needs to be re-cleared. The release time is uncertain.
The compensation plan given by the logistics company is to expedite the delivery of the new package to you free of charge, and the original package will be returned to the warehouse after customs clearance.
Our item itself is shipped for free, only the shipping cost of your item is charged. If you insist on a refund, you need to deduct $60 shipping loss. If you agree, we will apply for a refund for you. If you refuse to bear, we can only resend the package for you.
Thank you for your understanding!"
