Smargold complaints Smargold fake or real Smargold legit or fraud | De Reviews

SmarGold is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided at the bottom of the website as 8257 Turin Rd, Rome, NY, 13440, USA which belongs to The Rome Motel as per Google Maps. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that SmarGold is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!.

  1. Total scam, phone/email/website all false. Paid with credit card thru PayPal. Cc co said info pretty safe going thru them and PayPal plus I have Lifelock.

  2. Do not order from this fake site! They have no phone number, any emails sent to them gets returned- AND, they use Paypal to collect payment, something that is failed to be mentioned on the Smargold site….

  3. I ordered from this companies website using PayPal, I never received the tracking number via email, I only found a tracking number via PayPal and when I checked the FedEx tracking number it said the item was delivered which FedEx confirmed it was not the correct FedEx delivery number it was a tracking number which indicated my delivery address however they said contact the company I order the item from to receive the correct tracking number, that was impossible via phone or email, I have a dispute case open with PayPal. I hope I get my refund because they won't check with FedEx they only go by the tracking number saying it was delivered. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM.

  4. I bought a $350 air conditioner online from this company and no word for over a month definately a scam. What shot summer!

  5. Smargold is a scam! Do not order from this website. Took my money and never shipped anything. Phone and email address are invalid. Beware!

  6. I'm having problems contacting Smargold also. Not only the address is wrong the phone number is for a medical supply company. It's been a long week and I'm still waiting for my shipping confirmation. Not a trusted company.

    1. I have had the same experience as Gregory with an order that I placed on July 16th on a website that was then presented as smarler.com, allegedly a store in San Francisco. The contact email at smarler.com did not work when I tried to inquire about the status of my order, and now when I try to revive the smarler.com page, I get redirected to smargold.com, and the contact email address on that site also does not work. The phone number provided on smarler.com took me to an automated system that wanted to know whether I was over 50 and then tried to sell me a medical device--with no option to stay on the line for real assistance with my order. As Gregory mentioned, the alleged physical address for this "company" is at the Rome Motel! I am sorry I provided my Mastercard information to this "company," and so I cancelled the card today and started an investigation of their charge on my account.
