Likewise, it has mentioned the website name of some other company rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Luckycomfy.com but it has not provided any information about its link with that company whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

I ordered on 12 November and it’s 12 April Still nothing despite numerous emails. They reply telling me to be patient
I placed an order with SKBluen in August 2021 and I have still not received the order. In November 2021, they informed me that it was still in transit! Do not order from this company.
Ordered item in October, now middle of December. Despite frequent messages to be patient l am no nearer getting my goods. Avoid this company, they appear to be very dishonest and keep stringing you along until you give up. I am pretty certain l 'll never get this item and my money is gone for ever.
I purchased Two pair of birkenstock from this company in June 2021 for 15 days I could track them but as soon as the reached the UK and got though I had now word from the tracking company did not exist. I still have not received the shoes 5 months later and had no word but the money was taken out by pay pall and they charged me an extra £8 for nothing
I order two items today but never got an email to say that they got my order
Total scam. Invoice from China, says delivery from the USA, fake tracking website and they added on charges to PayPal. Nothing after a month. When will I learn?
I purchased an item fro this company in August and have yet to receive it. Have tried to contact them several times and had no response. PayPal have been no help either. Just want to warn others off from using them as they're obviously a scam.
Ordered Birkenstock Arizona sandals from this site via PayPal. They didn't arrive and despite contacting their customer service no reply was forthcoming. Raised a dispute with PayPal and to my horror PayPal replied that the seller had provided proof of delivery.The tracking information shows that the sandals were never delivered and were still in transit. I asked PayPal to review the case in light of the tracking information being incomplete.but they have not resolved this and are unable to explain their decision.Despite also trying to contact the seller I have had no response Would advise people to steer clear of this site as there are numerous red flags on Google from people who have been unable to recover their money or receive their goods

The company appears to be trading from the UK, but a PayPal invoice is raised in China and includes VAT on top of the quoted price.
When contacted all they say is that buyer is obliged to pay taxes.
