I ordered an item which is supposed to clean device screens. It is a cute product, however, it really doesn't clean the screen very well and still leaves the screen smudged quite a bit. I requested a refund and the address to send them back to. They emailed me immediately and offered 20% off and I'd keep the product. I refused as these were supposed to be gifts and I want a gift to be useful. They then offered 30% and I keep the product and then they offered 40% and I keep the product. I requested the refund only and I didn't want any of the deals. They said you should know that processing the return will take up to a month and not to return until I get the correct return address. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm really not sure if they will come through and send me a return address, nor refund me for my total order. I should have researched their name and looked for reviews.
