Same! I ordered mine in November and I’ve gotten nothing but emails saying I’ll get a free one. They went viral on tik tok so that’s why they are running behind which is a load of crap. Also, if you go to your order confirmation email and click on the big “jumbo bean” or even look in the small square for your item…it’s not there anymore. And the website it no longer there.

Ordered November 26th, 2021 and have not received shipping confirmation. When I call the customer service number on their website, it says 'user busy' and drops my call. My bank is disputing the charges, but I am sure that is $59 I'll never see again. Also their website has 2 different customer service emails. Complete scam.

They respond to the email on their website. Although I did order our bean bag Nov 21 hoping it would be here by Christmas and I still haven’t fittings tracking number but they have responded to me every time I email them which is frequently and they threw in a free bean bag.

Thank you for your review! Not sure if anyone has told you it they have changed their name to ComfyBean. Their website is still under ShopJumboBean.com but they're circulating Facebook ads under ComfyBean with Facebook profiles only a week old. Hope this helps!
I wish I would have seen this sooner! I ordered 3 items from here. I received a confirmation email but have yet to receive any additional information. I have called the customer support line and it just instructs you to send an email. I have sent three emails requesting order status but have not received any response this has been going on for 3 weeks. Do not use this company!!!!
I am SO happy I decided to Google this website "shopjumbobean" to see if it was sold anywhere else because your link immediately caught my eye. After reading your review on this website I'm definitely not ordering from them. I actually ordered a very similar & probably the same beanbag off a website last year & it never came. So I have some advise for anyone that is having a hard time trying to return this or anything... If it's not a easy process then just call your bank card or credit card customer service & request to file a dispute! They will immediately refund your money back into your account & they handle everything else. You can even do this from the bank app if you don't want to call its really simple. That's what I did I didn't even bother trying to go through the website.
I still want one really badly so I think I'll shop on Amazon.com because if it isn't what it claims to be I know I can easily return it free back to Amazon.
