I ordered July 13th 2021 a two 3-Piece Modular Paddle Board - Board+Aluminum Handle Paddle, Cherry a total of $97.12 was charge on our crédit card. We never received and not even a follow up or a reimbursement was made. It was a gift for a birthday that they totally ruined for kids. What a scam. Impossible to get service customer. The information to contact them is very difficult to find. I definitely not recommend. Never trust that site again

I ordered the modular paddle board in July and so far I haven’t received anything. My credit card was charged and I was given a tracking number. I thought I was ordering from the US but it seems to be from China. This is definitely a scam that I fell for. I emailed them about my order and they never got back to me.
Same with me. Only I never even got a tracking number, no reply to my email either. I will be reporting it to my credit card company as a SCAM.

I ordered a paddleboard 07-19…stupid me to think I was getting a good deal. After numerous emails I finally get a “tracking number” that can’t be found on ANY service. I email them DAILY….threatening legal action. I get a response that my board suffered “logistics issues” and they will refund me but will take 1-3 WEEKS? I don’t care if it’s $1.00 or $1000 …this company won’t get away with this

I also fell for this and ordered the Paddle Board, got a tracking number and my package arrived 6 weeks later from china. A very small packet with two paper medical masks in it. Going to try to cancel the credit card charge.

i also ordered the paddleboard, it never left china according to the tracking thru 4PX, the posts on FB are gone, perhaps they blocked me, but i think they are back under another name "albarocharley", same pics, same paddleboard, same shipper....scam

I ordered a Modular Paddle Board from ‘RubyReefy’, I got the shipping info that said it was shipped by Yun Express or YunTrack.com I thought about it over the next few days and looked into it. So many things were unrealistic. The weight of the board was like 3.5 lbs and of course the price. Come to find out Sher Wind is exactly like a twin of RubyReefy. It’s just sad so many of us fall for this, being strapped for money and hoping for a break. I found the exact same board….the real board on Easy Eddy for almost $1,300.00 That’s more like it! I wonder if that’s even real? I’m not going to find out!

Order June 29, got an email with a tracking number but not the shipping company name

What date did you order? I just found out this is a Chinese seller and the shipping company is from china, so it will take a while. Also I was thinking that I was ordering from the US because one of the pictures shows “molded in the USA” so it is deceiving.
I ordered the same thing on July 3, 2021! I searched the tracking number and it's also from China. The tracking shows it was rejected from 'customs clearance'/ 'safety check point' multiple times but finally somehow made it on a plane somewhere simply noted as 'KE'. There have been no updates to the tracking since.
I'll probably wait another week to see what happens with the tracking and depending on what happens then, I may just reach out to PayPal and hope I can work out some sort of refund.

I completely got scammed with this order on Facebook! I really thought it was legit. My bank declined the charge and sent me a message asking if I made it, dummy me said yes. They said try it again and they would unblock. I charged and paid it. I got nothing from this sherwin .com site. Immediately I searched site only to find it's a scam. I called my bank to put a stop payment minutes from making charge due to it pending I had to wait a while week. I will be receiving a refund but, really upset with Facebook and their incompetence with allowing this to happen in their site!

Definitely a scam, they took my money, $20 more than what the check out amount was , there is no contact info accept for an email address, I did not receive an order confirmation or number , lesson learned I'm out 70 bucks, banks doing an investigation to get my money back, BEWARE

The people behind this website took the money from my credit card, did not cancel the order, did not contact me about the cancelation, and I have not received either the paddleboard or the paddle.

I ordered a folding jigsaw table from this company on 8th April 2021. On that date they took £28.40 from my account. Today is 14th May 2021 and I have not received the goods and cannot find any contact for them. Would definitely not recommend as obviously a scam.
