Same! Got the two tiny music boxes not the chairs. Filed a claim with PayPal but they sided with company since tracking showed delivery. I knew they hadn’t been delivered. After a few weeks I was still mad so I filed a missing package with USPS. The next day someone called and said tracking was invalid… never in their system. Found PayPal number and called. Then they said they could see it wasn’t legit and refunded me. But I’m pretty sure they just did it cause I wasn’t letting it go. I doubt they removed funds from Shempter. Lesson learned… no orders from FB ads.
I ordered 2rocking chairs on March 3/30/2021 I revived 2 little tiny stupid music bixes that are not worth the &55.60 I paid I’m now trying to get my money back from PayPal ....Now after reading all the reviews I realize I’ve been scamed!!
Scam! Scam! Scam!! Ordered rocking chairs and received 2 small little wooden music boxes that are not good for nothing!! I wrote a complaint and received a message that my chairs had been delivered!! NOT!!! Do Not buy from this website! I have learned my lesson!

I have realized now that I was definitely scammed. I ordered two rocking chairs in March. Just a few weeks back I got these weird coloring folding stools. Don’t know what they could even be used for. They’re tiny. It’s super upsetting that we work hard for our money, and someone can just steal that easy from us. God will punish them later for their actions.

I ordered two chairs and got two 2” music boxes. Thought PayPal would back me up but am having to return music boxes first ($17 of my money!) I sent them back this week and am waiting to see what happens now. SCAM!
Definitely a scam, and PayPal. I thought PayPal would help, however, it seems PP changed their consumer protection policies in April 2020 that products would need to be returned at my expense to the origination shipping address to receive a refund. For the two junk music boxes I received it would cost nearly double what I paid. Additionally the Credit Card attached to my PayPal stated I need to make a claim within 60 days. It took that long to get the shipment. So PayPal is complicit in the scam as they clearly know about the scam and are still backing the merchant. Do not rely upon the PayPal name to legitimize the merchant. You're not protected. Best advice, don't buy anything from FaceBook.
Wow can't believe all the comments, The same thing happened to me Ordered end of March, 6 weeks later emailed the company - no response, a month later contacted mastercard they will start a case for good and services not delivered, same day emailed the company again, and received a email from Jack3 Sun stating they will resend the order, and today I received these ridiculous small folding stools, that wobble all over the place, which I did not order or want, what garbage!! Hopefully mastercard will refund me.
I also received a doll size folding stool. Do not order anything from this company as it is a scam! I ordered the chairs back in April . This is the first time I have ever been scammed.
Same exact story as everyone else. Ordered 2 chares on March 31 and after they were "lost in shipping" they sent me a new tracking number. I recevied a crappy tiny stool that fit in my mailbox. After contacting them to let them know if the error and to request a refund, I was given the following response:

After you post the item back and provide information requested above, we will arrange a full refund plus the shipping cost of the returned package right away.
In addition, could you please check whether the item is useful for you or not? If yes, how about you keep the order or send it to your friend who can use it please, we can refund you a 50% refund of your total payment immediately, which can save the hassle of returning the item to us. If you have any different ideas, please kindly tell us and do not take further action, please believe that we can help you to solve it in a short time.

Same problem. Ordered 2 chairs at the end of March and recieved 2 blue wooded music boxes in my postal box 4 weeks later. Paypal is doing their best to get my refund. They should not accept this company as reliable. I hope they never do business with them again. I know I sure won't!!
I too was scammed by this company. My 2 folding chairs that were advertised on Facebook came in months later as two small music players.
I also received a tiny footstool instead of the folding chair. Perhaps all the people who ordered footstools and got folding chairs will post a complaint and we can offer trades! Ha.....

CROOKS . I too ordered fold up chair & was sent a footstool. A footstool suitable for a doll & what you’d probably pay £2 for down the market.
I even posted the stool back to them. Did I get a refund, did I hell ?
We too were victims of their scam. Got the two teeny tiny stools instead of the chairs that we ordered. At least now we have foot (and I do mean for just one foot) stools to use with the chairs we ordered and received from Amazon. Live and learn I guess. Only gonna get screwed once by this sad excuse for a company.

Ordered two camping rocking chair, waited 2 months to receive two stools so small that the fit in my mailbox!
Requested a refund was told to return at my expense then once they receive they will give me directions on how to process a refund or I could keep what was sent and they would refund half of my purchase price...what a scam!
I ordered 2 of the chairs it to us almost 8 weeks to get here and they sent 2 cheap little foot stools. They will not give me a refund or send what I paid for and then they want me to send the little stools back at my expense. SO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unfortunately I have falling into this scam as well. I ordered and paid for two chairs and waited almost a month and a half only to receive two (what looks like very tiny foot stools). I was told (e-mailed) twice to be patient and would receive a 10% refund which did not happen. To make matters worse I was told that I would not receive a refund until I sent back something that I did not order in the first place. I am to believe that I will get a refund from a company that has been dishonest? If I keep the product that they sent and do not want they would refund me a small percentage of my purchase plus the promise to be reimbursed the cost to send whatever they sent me back to them. This is disgusting and should not be allowed to happen to any one. Please do not fall for this scam.
I also ordered 2 chairs and received 2 folding stools large enough for a doll. I also waited 2 months and had been corresponding with them via their email address. I emailed them to express my complete dis-satisfaction, along with pictures and the response I received was I needed to pay to ship them back and upon receipt of this product I would receive a credit. When I responded to this email it appears the email is not going thru- how convenient. Definitely a scam. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is.
I ordered the folding rockers 3/29. Emailed them for updates 4/13 for an update and good tracking number and Jacksun returned my email with a good tracking. On 5/4 asked for status cause tracking was not moving. They stated the chairs where in customs and offered a 10% refund due to the delay (never got) then on 5/17th I received a small package with two tiny wooded boxes. I asked for refund due to wrong item. They claimed it was shippers mistake and offered to send correct item but first I had to pay to send back the wrong product then once received they will refund the shipping cost and send me the correct item or full refund. So basically they want me to be out more money for their mistake and I’m still out the original money I paid, never received 10% refund or the product. This company is a Scam! They Atleast communicated with me but I will not trust that they are a company of their word.

We just received our chairs after a 4 month wait. While I am happy they got here, they are "NOTHING" like the picture. They are a folding stool about 8 inches high that would fit your average 5 year old. SCAM alert, SCAM alert. What a disappointment.

Like others I have been caught by this scammer. I ordered a chair in mid-March, no sign of it appearing. They say it has been delivered. They say I should contact Royal Mail to check about delivery, but as one knows at least RM leave a note stating whether they have left it with a neighbour or taken it back to the Delivery Office, I received neither. In fact I asked the postie about it…he checked and confirmed nothing in the office. Perhaps my card company to see if they can go after the company / get a refund….one can always help.

My experience is similar to the other respondents. Ordered 2 chairs, paid, no merchandise since 3/31/21. Obviously a scam as attempts to contact fail. Chock one up to my own stupidity.
I purchase 2 of the folding rocking chairs several months ago and have paid for them but have not been able to contact this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! I am so upset that people will scam you and can live with themselves. I can only say that I am an older person who usually has faith in the goodness of people...I have since lost this.
The same thing has happened to me. I ordered the low-priced rocking camping chairs on 3/31/21. My bank account was immediately debited, and we have not received any thing. I am very disappointed in this company for scamming me and so many others. I'm also feeling stupid for not researching the company prior to ordering! Never again!!!
It’s been a month since we ordered a pair of rocking folding chairs from this site. I’ve been in touch with Jack3sun regarding this matter. As of right now according to Jack3sun our chairs are waiting in customs. I have told him to turn them back and cancel our order. Refund our payment, and I’ll be checking our credit card, (Which sounds like I better do it NOW). Just want to warning others to think twice about ordering from this “company”.
You have had better luck than me. I have not been able to get hold of anyone at any address. I have lost all faith in online ordering because of these people. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope no one else orders from them. Next time I'll definitely do my homework before I believe internet companies.
