I to was scammed by this fake company. I was sent some mess, nothing like what was shown on the site. A $200.00 order, everything was too small, nothing was US sizes. Can't get refund, or exchange, nor can I get an address for returns. This is a true scam for US consumers. Please stay away from this site. They shouldn't be allowed to run this type of scam, profiting off of the people of the United States. Take the site down, where ever they are. Charges and legal action are in the process.
Lesson learned I should have checked here first before ordering. I too have an investigation pending. There was one piece of paper which one would assume was for returns however when I used the address listed on that paper the package was returned, stating return to sender no such number unable to forward. The pictures were copied and appear to look like linen on the website however, all of the clothes are of polyester material and very poorly created. I have a dispute with Paypal. My order cost me $110.00 with my return attempt. Please spread the word to help others to not order from this company.
I wish I researched this site before purchasing. I ordered 4 outfits and what I received after 6 weeks was a disaster, never seen anything like it. They refuse to take this junk back and refund me. All I can say is this company is the cause of me not ever ordering from an unknown site again.
I ordered almost $200.00 of merchandise from these scammers! The merchandise that’s advertised is far from what I received. First of all it took weeks and weeks for delivery. When I opened packages I was in shock. I’d never seen such poorly thrown together junk!! I felt like such a fool I wanted to cry!!! I paid shipping to return only for this junk to be returned to me!!! The front of the package reads “RETURN TO SENDER, UNABLE TO FORWARD “ Please DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from the website Sequinow .com, they are indeed a scam. I looked at the terms & conditions. They say they use Shopify this is how to report a fraud merchant to Shopify. Hopefully if they get enough complaints from customers about this merchant they will do something about it. If they don't issue a refund document everything. What you ordered, what you received and dispute it with your financial institution, as long as we just let merchants like the go, the more it will keep happening. I will shop known American stores only from now on. It will take some research to ensure they are legit, but it's better than bein swindled.
I ordered from this website and had a horrible experience. I never got a confirmation for the order, luckily I had printed the order before exiting. Then I got charged immediately, but two weeks later,no delivery update. Contacted them regarding delivery and they answered. Got a tracking website that was crazy and went on to different stations for another two weeks. I got my merchandise and two out of four were the incorrect color even though on the outside package was the correct. When trying to refund, I am unable to go back in to my order or able to return or notify of my return. How stupid could I be in not checking this website ?!?!?!?

“I ordered the items on April 2022. On April 2022, I sent an email to Sequinow seeking shipment status update. The seller advised me my order was under handling now and due to Covid-19 it may take more time and if I could be patient. June 2022, the package arrived, but they were not the items I ordered, I sent an email to Sequinow advising them of their error. I advised them I was requesting a full refund and was willing to return the product. I received an email response advising me once product delivered it was hard to do a second sale even product that was not used but they were willing to refund me $35.00 and asked if that would be acceptable. At that point I was upset. I advised them what they were offering was not acceptable since it was their error, they were not willing to make it right to the benefit of the customer "me". I expressed to them I will do my best to make sure others and our government were aware of my experience.
I just got a piece of Trash from sequinow spend 50 dlls omg I am so…. Please report this thanks ??

I placed an order over five weeks ago and still haven’t got my merchandise. Their tracking system sucks it doesn’t really tell you where anything is or where it’s going it looks like it’s been in China for over four weeks I wish I knew this was such a scam wasted my money and who has money to waste these days.
I have also been scammed. It took 2 months to receive my items and several emails. My outfits are too small and the wrong color. In fact, one or two items are not what I ordered and they are not linen. I wish I had seen this site before ordering from Sequinow.
I just got duped- paid for a linen 2 pc outfit- delivered some polyester see thru shit- no information to return or contact information- so angry right now- I will continue to give them a bad rating each time I get the opportunity- SCAMMERS

They had really cute items that they never thought about not getting the order. I told my bank to cancel the charge. Got the products today. No return address or invoice. A pure scam company. DO NOT ORDER CROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered 6 outfits received only one and it was a not as pictured super cheap, received 3 dresses super cheap and not what I ordered at all, it's as if they shipped anything randomly chosen. Payment was with PayPal, which doesn't say much for them even teaming with such scamers. Filed a dispute when it was 6 weeks and nothing had been received with PayPal and they claim they contacted the company. Highly unlikely! No reply from PayPal

DO NOT BUY FROM SEQUINOW.COM. Like any other chinese clothes store online, the clothes look nothing like the pictures. They are not well made and of poor quality. The size are not correct.
I ordered four outfits size extra large the extra large would fit a small person. The material is a poor quality one outfit is supposed to have long sleeves it has short sleeves the pants are supposed to be ankle high they stopped at your knees. It took 35 days to get here there's no way you can return it. Do not waste your money.
The reviews confirmed my fear of placing an order with Sequinow. However I placed an order over a month ago and haven’t received it yet. You cannot track your order like normal tracking number allow you to do. I will post again reference the quality, that is if I ever receive the items purchased (4 suits),
Look folks this is the epitome of a scam. Never received merchandise yet credit card immediately charged. Asked for refund, said it would take 3-15 days still waiting! Save ur money.
Yes I ordered from them and the merchandise was nothing like the picture. Cheap material at a high price. Shipping took two months. Never order from this company a sham.

Purchase took 6 weeks to arrive. Merchandise quality was cheap at best. Order four different outfits. Two they shipped were duplicates. No return information. $115 dollars wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I didn't mind waiting for my order as I knew it was coming from China. Don't shop this site. Poor quality and basically not authentic.
I got my order about 2 months after I placed it. Very disappointed with quality. No labels inside, no size/material/care instructions. All in all - wasted money. Not to mention that the same size for four items differ in size extremely. Never again 🙁

I'm so glad I found you here. I was on fb where, this so called legit company advertised. SEQUINOW. Almost order! Thank you Lordl, I wished something can be done to these SCAMMERS!!! SO WRONG...Taking people's hard earned money!!!
