I have had a really bad experience with my purchase from company RosieCutie. On 31 January I had command a product wich was supposed to be a anniversary gift. Two weeks after I saw on tracking service that they have come to my door but I wasn't there! That day I was in my apartment the whole day. I wrote to the company, the service answer me that they are sorry and the parcel is on the road to my country! About one month after I had not yet received my command. I wrote again. This time they gave me a reference code of the post that shows me the parcel has returned to them when they are telling me that it's probably blocked some where!
Naturally I asked for refund but yet I have no answer...
They sent two products that were not the correct color, size, fabric, and style; the products were very low quality. I asked for a refund and the address, which they never gave me after 12 letters. I am now dealing with my credit card company. I will never purchase anything from them again. They are fraudulent and unprofessional.
