I bought a few items as they looked ok on facebook, what a pile of rubbish, they tried to let me keep them and have 10% off my next order as return costs would be more than the items value (£60 odd pounds)
I paid for express delivery which in my book means less than a week, reality was a month and the items were disgusting quality, shoddy stitching, I have opened a dispute with Paypal and await a response, I will continue to post poor reviews to this scam of a company

I bought and paid two dresses the 2nd June, the order status is still not ready to be posted.
I wrote to your customer service on the 24th June and you replied the order would have been posted in 5-7 days.
Still nothing.
I asked you to refund my money and you didn't even reply.
After my posts on Facebook, you replied that the order has been shipped and it will take 20-25 business day to arrive (even if true, it means that it will take MORE THAN THREE MONTHS to deliver your stuff), you gave me a trucking number, underlining that it cannot be tracked.
DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TALKING TO STUPID PEOPLE???
YOU JUST STOLE MY MONEY.
