FAQs:

How to get your money back from scammers?

If you have fallen victim to a scam online store, it is crucial to take immediate action to protect yourself. Start by contacting your bank or credit card company right away and inform them about the situation. Request their assistance in obtaining a refund for the fraudulent transaction. If you made the payment using PayPal, open a dispute through your PayPal account and contact their support team for further guidance. Make sure to provide them with a detailed explanation of the scam, including the website or seller involved, and any evidence you have. Taking these measures will aid you in seeking a refund and working towards a resolution with the scam online store.

What to do if I get completely different item than what I purchase?

If you find that the product you received is substantially cheaper or completely different from what you originally ordered, it is recommended to obtain the tracking information from the post office. This document should contain essential details such as the delivery address and the weight of the item. Typically, the weight of the received item will be lower than the weight of your intended item. Providing this information to your bank, credit card company, or PayPal can significantly support your case for a refund. Many individuals who have shared such evidence with their financial institution or payment service provider have successfully obtained full refunds with their assistance.
