I placed an order on 11/25/22 at $144 for my whole family to give(late) as Christmas gifts I’m still waiting for said gifts. I have spoke so “someone” probably about 8 times since I first contacted them on 12/24/22 to see how long it would take to get my items. My bank told me they can’t dispute the charge that I have to request a return.
I'm very disappointed for this website I make order on 3/3/23 for $43,44 and today is 4/1/23 and I not received nothing I want back Mt money I report this yo my bank. Guys people don't trust any more in imported products. I going e mail to different media, because people need know that they are thief.

Ordered 2 plaid lined jackets from rexzap in October 2022 after a month of waiting I requested a refund of my money.. All I've heard since then is we've requested a refund but it takes time to process a refund. Why is it Facebook can fact check posts almost immediately but can't keep honest companies that aren scammers ????
