I purchased a nativity scene and it wasn't at all what I expected. For me to return the item, I had to ship to somewhere in China and the address they gave didn't even have a number to it. So, I'm sure the cost was going to be high to return it. They did offer a partial refund and after a few emails back and forth, they gave me a partial refund. I have yet to see it hit my account so we'll see. I don't recommend doing business with this company.
I did not receive what I ordered. A very, very cheap plastic nativity that was basically made out of cardboard. A very misleading picture on their website looks like a very nice outdoor nativity. Big big mistake on my part. Do not even look at an item from this site . Your guarantee is that you are guaranteed to be disappointed.
I have just received a package which was not what I ordered and have written to them and received no response. Is there any way I can follow up this issue.
